Item Open Access Propuesta para la exportación de carne de cuy desde la empresa Cuyera Andina hacia el mercado Estadounidense(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-01) Díaz Lara, Andrea KarinaCurrently, the phase of entrepreneurship has become a fundamental axis to boost the economy of the country and thus also create sources of employment, which is why the present research work called, proposal for the export of guinea pig meat from the company Cuyera Andina towards the American market, company that is located in the province of Imbabura, Urcuquí canton, the project was born with the objective of taking advantage of the productive capacity that the company has besides the existing demand on the part of the compatriots Latin Americans living in the United States and also contribute so that the company can be projected to international markets. An analysis is carried out on the properties, benefits and varieties of the guinea pig as well as a relevant market study to know the acceptability of the same by the potential clients, as well as the presentation of the final product that will be used for sale, the which is frozen guinea pig meat and vacuum packed with its respective labeling. The export proposal in which the CIP negotiation term is established and the letter of credit as international payment means is also defined. Regarding the analysis of the financial study, it allowed us to establish that the project is viable since the results obtained are favorable: Internal Rate of Return of 32.04% and an opportunity cost of 18.29%, in such a way the project becomes feasible for the company Cuyera Andina.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de cobijas sintéticas de la empresa ALY artesanías hacia Estados Unidos(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-01) Aguilar Morales, William DavidThe present research project, entitled, export scheme of synthetic blankets of the Aly handicrafts company to the United States, stems from the need that has the company as producer and marketer, to offer his product in international markets and thus can obtain greater revenue for the company. The main objective of the project is to determine the current situation of the company, i.e. If this accounts with the right conditions for the realization of the project, such as: sufficient and adequate machinery, staff and facilities for the production blankets synthetic, so to later export to the United States; Aly handicrafts company has a line of products that is manufactured on the basis of synthetic material used as raw material; the company supplies yarn and subsequently made the production of fabric with which manufactured various products that made the company. The export plan is a clear guide in which are defined all the relevant and necessary aspects to execute the exportation; this can be the shipment of a good, product o services to tirth countries by fulfilling all the requirements, standards, certification that the country of origin requires for the departure as the country of destiny demands for the entry To fulfill de research proyect primary and secondary information were collected trough surveys, censuses intrrviews, grabed information from texts, books, web sites as the Central Bank of Ecuador, Pro Ecuador, Trade map and its tools, among others. All this in order to gather together real information for the investigation. This research includes also the financial study part in where the finantial indicators are presented such as the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), the Net Present Value (NPV), among others wich helps to know if the project is profitable or not. The results of the financial indicators show that the project is profitable. With a IRR of 35.07% and a NPV of $ 39,374.13.Item Open Access Propuesta para la importación de algodón peinado desde Lima - Perú, para la mejora productiva de la empresa medias Eltex de la ciudad de Atuntaqui(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-01) Cachiguango Maigua, Sami LisethThe present research work, titled: “Proposal for the import of combed cotton from Lima – Peru, for the productive improvement of the Medias Eltex company of the city of Atuntaqui”; arose from the need to conduct a search for foreign suppliers, in view of the lack of national supply of combed cotton yarn, with the purpose of improve the current quality of the products offered by the company mentioned above. The general objective of the research is to structure the project for the import of combed cotton from Peru, in order to improve the productivity of the Medias Eltex company, which can be executed through the change of raw material. In such a way that it’s possible to provide greater added value to the products (socks) currently produced. To accomplish with the previously mentioned, an investigation and collection of information was carried out through texts, scientific articles, virtual tools such as Trade Map, web sites of public entities such as the Servicio Nacional de Aduanas del Ecuador – SENAE, among others; to compile real data and carry out the present work. Also, this research involves the analysis of the economic variables developed in the financial study, which allows knowing the viability of the project, in which was obtained an Internal Rate of Return of 23,26% and an opportunity cost of 18,18%, that meaning, the project will be feasible for the Medias Eltex company.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de prendas de vestir bordadas a mano de la empresa Sisa Pakarina, hacia el mercado español(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-01) Cabascango Tabango, Cintya PakarinaSaint Louis of Otavalo located 110 kilometers from the city of Quito, district of Imbabura province declared as "intercultural the Ecuador capital" due to its richness cultural, scenery, history, and business development. The main economic activity is the manufacture of textiles and clothing from clothing that highlights your skills and creativity to domestic and foreign tourists in the market in Poncho Square or also known as the “Plaza de Ponchos”. This project has been elaborated with the purpose of encouraging the production of garments embroidered by hand for future export. In addition, the project focuses on two important situations; one is the commercialization of their products to the Spanish market for thus find an alternative for profitable business that will help increase the income of the company; and the other is to rescue traditional cultural values reflected in each garment produced. On the spanish market demands compliance with tariff and non-tariff barriers conditions of quality and innovation. Therefore, it is extremely important to have clear information on the process of production of garments embroidered by hand, availability of raw materials and financing opportunity. Market research reflects a possible international demand so you need planning and strategies to make it possible to the internationalization of the company towards Barcelona - Spain through specialty stores. It will be applied in a small company that is dedicated to the elaboration of dried grains derivatives; this association tries to rescue the good customs in terms of the healthy and organic food that comes from different dry grains of the Andean region. A theoretical framework was made to clarify different meanings related to the company, the commercial scope and the productive apparatus of the same, which serve as a guide to begin to realize the marketing plan, identifying different points Key to help build the different strategies to be implemented. The research focused on conducting a previous study to the different businesses that are dedicated to distributing in small quantities products derived from dry grains, using surveys and interviews which served as a starting point to raise new strategies. In addition, a PEST analysis of the sector was carried out, where the political, economic, social and technological areas were reviewed; this allowed to have a real idea about the degree of affectation, the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the safeguards for the commercial premises of electrical appliances in Ibarra city.Item Open Access Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de una bebida hidratante natural a base de panela de la zona de Íntag hacia Armenia - Colombia(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-03) Bayona Rose, Bryan StevenThis study presents a business plan to establish a panela-based hydrating drink producer plant called Panela Style and to be exported to Colombia, specifically to the city of Armenia, capital of the Quindío Department. The main raw material comes from Intag, the panela zone per excellence of the province of Imbabura. It was structured in four major aspects: the first related to the theoretical basis, the second referred to a preliminary diagnosis together with the market study, to define the behavior of supply and demand; the third one oriented to the engineering of the project where it is distinguished the location of the plant, the administrative, operational, export, promotion and publicity proposals, the legal proposal and the necessary equipment to produce the drink, and the fourth deals with the financial study that revealed the necessary initial investment of USD 1,100,023.45; a breakeven point that reaches USD 978,832.36 in five years; a positive NPV after discounted initial investment of USD 258.196.84 at a discount rate of 11.81% over a period of five years, an internal rate of return of 47% and the cost-benefit ratio of 2.40 dollars per every dollar invested. Based on the results obtained, the business plan is considered acceptable or viable.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de mango y su derivado de la asociación de productores agropecuarios Valle del Chota Asoprovalle de la provincia de Imbabura hacia los Ángeles, California – Estados Unidos(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-03) Hidalgo Narváez, Verónica Mariela; Chiza Carapaz, Tamya LizbethThe purpose of this degree work is to develop an export plan for fresh mango from the ASOPROVALLE Association, as well as to propose to the Association the development of the derivative of its star product, mango, such as frozen fruit pulp. It seeks to support the producing Association in the direct diversification of all its production with the aim of building its brand, achieving penetration not only in the national market, but also in the North American market. It has been taken into account the entrance to the state of Los Angeles-California due to the high interest that its inhabitants have for the consumption of non-traditional fruit because of its exquisite flavor, placing it in the first places of consumption. The development of the work is composed of a theoretical framework that provides general information regarding the product and international trade with preambles for its study. In addition, a diagnosis is carried out that is put into practice with the application of the research instruments such as the interview, the survey and the observation sheets, in order to know the management and production modality of the 24 producing partners of the agricultural organization. Next, the administrative and international trade proposal is displayed through the analysis of the foreign market and the destination company for the commercialization of the Ecuadorian production to the company ALBERT'S ORGANICS. With all these parameters it is possible to establish the analysis of the impacts: economic, social, environmental and ecological, which make possible the implementation of the mango export plan in the natural state and frozen fruit pulp, helping the economic-social development of the Association, the community and society in general, through the promotion of exports and the application of Corporate Social Responsibility policies by the Association ASOPROVALLE, which seek to give back to society and the environment.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de miel de abeja de flor de aguacate de la empresa Uyamá Farms S.A del cantón Mira hacia Boston-Estados Unidos(2018-03) Mera Arévalo, Lizeth VanessaThe present study aims to demonstrate the feasibility of carrying out an export plan for the company Uyamá Farms SA, located in the Mira province of Carchi, which wishes to introduce its product to the Boston-United States market, in order to fulfill this objective. The present design of an export plan is proposed, which will serve as a tool for the company as a guide for the production and export of avocado flower honey with a high added value and which is competitive in the market. To achieve this, a series of important theoretical arguments will be defined in order to keep clear what is to be achieved, an investigation will be carried out to the possible clients of the company, with information on the specific requirements and requirements for the purchase of the product, in addition to an investigation of the market to which it is wanted to arrive as they are the exigencies of the country for the entrance of apicultural products. From the financial point of view, the indicators were analyzed to determine if the business is profitable as long as the Net Present Value is greater than zero and its Internal Rate of Return is greater than the yield demanded by the investors, in the case of this project All these conditions are met, so the implementation of this export plan for avocado flower honey from Uyamá Farms SA is recommended.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de sacos de lana hechos a mano de la empresa Teen New York hacia el mercado Estadounidense(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-03) Pineda Conteron, Cinthya CarolinaIn this study the export procedure was defined to internationalize the products of the company Teen New York to the USA market, through interviews in the cargo transportation companies that exist in the city of Otavalo, they established the main requirements to enter the market. Product to the market, the seasons in which the export takes place, the means of transport and the quantities that are sent in a container by maritime transport. In addition, customers in the target market researched prices in Fob terms in the incoterm of the products, as well as the forms of payment, tastes and preferences of consumers, competition and logistics that they use. The export plan includes a description of the company and the strategic planning carried out for it, the organizational structure and the manuals of respective functions for each of the administrative and operational areas of Teen New York; In addition, the production capacity of the company is determined, the profitability of the company in the export of wool sacks is analyzed, complying with current labor regulations, the cost of production of each export was identified, that is, how much is invested in the matter premium, labor and indirect manufacturing costs for the purpose of making a financial evaluation of the project.Item Open Access Plan de negocios para la fábrica Confecciones Mayte con fines de exportación de abrigos impermeables hacia el mercado de Alemania, previa importación de la tela orgánica de Perú(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-04) Garzón Narváez, Ana Belén; Landeta Sánchez, Carolina EstefaníaThe textile factory “Confecciones Mayte” will be in charge of the elaboration of waterproof coats with organic material specifically for women, therefore it was necessary to make the current business plan, which provides appropriate information about all the key points that the company needs to know about its product. The mentioned product has an added value that has not been implemented in the country yet. The project purpose is to achieve the internationalization of the company and its products through foreign trade strategies. Thus, the factory can develop the specifications and measures provided in the project through scientific research, making this document into a guide on how to export their products. The project is based on real data obtained by different means of communication used in a socioeconomic and financial study, demonstrated by the NPV, the IRR and the cost benefit that the process of explaining to the foreign market is totally profitable and that likewise the recovery time of the investment that the company will make is a stimulus that allows taking actions on what the factory needs to do. The project does not only focus on manufacturing an exportable product but also the awareness of the use of clothes containing organic textile material, which helps people to have a more appropriate awareness with nature. Since, nowadays the industrialization is a factor that large third world countries are willing to change and to take actions that help to reduce environmental pollution.Item Open Access Manual de merceología para la clasificación arancelaria de productos químicos(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-05) Cadena Garzón, Angélica Iliana; Hung Tran, Ana LuciaThis document is based on an analysis of the chemical industry and its important participation in trade movements between Ecuador and the world. The results obtained in the study performed serve as a basis to establish a customs classification of goods’ manual applicable to the sector. It will serve as a guide for foreign trade and customs operators, contributing to the reduction of the percentage of errors at the time of tariff classification to the use the Harmonized System of Designation and Codification of Goods for Chemical Products and reduce time and possible costs in the technical processes of verification of merchandise. Through this manual it is estimated that Foreign Trade Operators will reduce doubts about the membership of a chemical to a specific tariff heading, providing agility and efficiency inside and outside the facilities of the customs, without resorting to technicians, experts in the subject and the help of laboratories to verify the multiple characteristics of said good. The manual consists of 11 chapters that detail the criteria to be analyzed for a correct classification based on the specific types of chemicals, their use, output, posology, etc., described by the corresponding items.Item Open Access Exportación de harina de quinua hacia Alemania de la asociación de productores de quinua del Carchi cantón Espejo, previa importación de maquinaria para su producción(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-05) León Rosero, Danny Paul; Noboa Guevara, Luis EduardoThe present investigation was proposed as a general objective to design an export plan of quinoa flour to the German market for the Association of Producers of Quinua Carchi, canton Espejo, province of Carchi. The techniques used for the collection of surveys and interviews, while the instruments are based on 80 surveys and one interview. As main results, it was determined that the production level of the Association is 1000 quintals per month, enough to start an export process of quinoa flour. Additionally, the Association is strategically located in a place with an appropriate climate (between 6 and 13 degrees) and a height between 4723 meters above sea level, the characteristics that allow quinoa crops to be permanent and a volume of production that can guarantee the export to the German country. Regarding the characteristics of the consumer, with the study it was obtained that the profile of this country is oriented to: 1) quality, 2) products of "high added value Premium" 3) organic and organic products 4) products oriented to benefits in health and finally 4) take into consideration the price. After making the diagnosis of the financial, administrative and legal situation of the Asociación de Productores de Quinua del Carchi, it is concluded in the first term that it has the adequate infrastructure for the processing of quinoa in the amounts demanded for export, but he needs machinery. to improve the processing of quinoa flour. It is a model MPV 60-60 whose cost is estimated at USD $ 22,500 CIF of Peruvian origin, within the framework of the Agreement of the Binational Technical Committee for Trade, Investment and Tourism Facilitation that exists between Ecuador and this country. Finally, it was identified that the conditioning measures within the facilities of the Association (200 m2), a place for drying the quinoa flour and acquire the necessary supplies. Regarding the identified capacities, there are those that the Association does not have personnel prepared to carry out specific activities of production of quinoa flour, therefore, it has no experience or technical knowledge. With all the indicated, it is feasible to affirm that the proposal is viable taking into account the economic aspects of the production of the Association of 1435 dollars and what represents the monthly income of USD 29.632,75 giving the figures the viability of the project, in the part administrative has the adequate infrastructure for the processing of quinoa flour, human talent and legal account with all the regulations required for the export of organic products, in addition to having the BCS certification that provides an organic certificate of the product.Item Open Access Creación de una empresa para la exportación de pitahaya roja desde el recinto las golondrinas, provincia de Imbabura, a la ciudad francesa Saint Just Luzac(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-06) Alvarez Zambrano, Geovanny XavierIn the present work of degree aims to develop the creation of a company dedicated to the export of red pitahaya from the Las Golondrinas site in the province of Imbabura, to the French market of Saint Just Luzac. The need for the development of this project was born with the aim of ending the existing monopoly of the demand for fruit in the local market, and at extremely low prices. It is intended to support all producers in the Imbabura area dedicated to the activity of sowing and harvesting red pitahaya, with the aim of internationalizing their products in the European market. It has taken into account the entry into the market of France, taking advantage of the Agreement Multipartes Ecuador - European Union, in which the pitahaya has 100% preference, and another important point, is the high interest that its inhabitants have for the consumption of exotic fruits with high nutritional values and low in sugar, which benefits their health, without neglecting its exquisite flavor, which places the red pitahaya, in the first places of consumption.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de cajas decorativas de la empresa Dreams Lab hacia Chicago - Estados Unidos, previa importación de una maquina CNC cortadora laser de CO2(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-07) Gudiño Pepinós, Marcela RaquelThe general objective of this project is to develop an export plan for decorative boxes from the Dreams Lab Company to Chicago-United States prior to the import of a Co2 laser cutting machine. Currently small and medium-sized companies seek to expand their horizons based on international trade, the entry of a company to international markets is not only about selling and knowing the import procedures, the internationalization of a company goes beyond that since it is a long-term process, with key stages in a detailed plan, it is not about having a specific presence in another country but about being fully settled in the economy of that country. You have to have a well-defined strategy in the local market and understand that international markets provide other variables to the possibility of success of the product or service: cultural, health, environmental issues, technical standards and Regulations. The company Dreams Lab is a family company that offers products with high quality standards, and with customized designs that differentiate them from the competition, particularly the section of decorative boxes has increased the demand, that is why today the company is covering the demand of companies and hotels at national level, being this way a company that counts on special capacities to be able to export its product towards Chicago-the United States that would be the target market. Within the market study, a PESTEL analysis was carried out, which is a strategic planning instrument that serves to define the context in which the company will develop, analyzing the external, political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal factors. The United States has the first economy in the world, in front of China, the American in general is very open to acquire foreign products, is qualified as a consumer and always willing to try new and innovative products, many of its inhabitants among 30 - 50 years value and feel highly attracted by products that identify the cultures and places that Ecuador has. It is a country with more than 328 million inhabitants, with an approximate GDP of 20,351.77 and with a per capita income of USD 62,002, it is an industrialized country and its economy is fundamentally based on services. One of the main limitations of the company at present is the long time in the production process, for that reason and in order to increase the current production of decorative boxes the company is in need of acquiring a tool that will help to triple the production in addition to expanding the range of products offered by the company. The machine that is to be imported is a CNC CO2 laser cutting machine. All the operations will be carried out directly by the manager / owner of the company, and two companies that will be in charge of both import and export procedures and carry out the mechanical operation, that is, packaging and labeling. As it is a folding and easy to handle product, it should not contain special packaging, as it can be packed in cardboard boxes to prevent moisture and other damage during shipment to the target market. The results of the financial study show a net present value (NPV) of 26,640.29 and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 36.91% According to the feasibility of this project, the company must seek to expand its target markets based on the experience it acquires and the resources that allow it to consolidate its presence in international markets according to its financial capacity.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de harina de quinua de la empresa Proquinoa S.A de la provincia de Imbabura hacia el mercado francés(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-09) Pozo Zurita, Evelin GabrielaThe current research work was carried out with the purpose of giving a starting point to the company “Proquinoa SA” whose plan is to elaborate quinoa flour and therefore to expand its customer base and its product line. The export plan was designed, which gives as a reference to the decision making and in the same way proposing the best alternatives when investing the capital of the company, creating products with added value and contributing to the change of the productive matrix as stipulated in the Plan a Whole Life of the government. The methodology used in the information analysis was based on the research of how correctly introduce a product to a new market; even though the company has already been working in the international field for years. It is required a preliminary study about the cost, logistics, marketing, sales, and business culture part and consequently identify the feasibility of the export of quinoa flour from the company “Proquinoa S.A” to the French market. Thus, the profitability that the project can generate can be known, as well as reduce risks and avoid losses. As well, it is necessary to analyze the existing international agreements between the two countries which help to strengthen the negotiations. Some data provided by the company “Proquinoa S.A” were analyzed through some visits to the manager, it was possible to observe the facilities, machinery, ware house as well as the production process together with the design and brand. To obtain more information related to the French market a visit to public institutions was also considered. Additionally, emphasis was placed on the financial study where the NPV, IRR, cost of sales, recovery period were obtained, among other factors that will help to evaluate the company performance to achieve optimal profitability of the proposed project.Item Open Access Plan de exportación de queso de pasta azul proveniente de la empresa Gordos de Cotacachi al mercado español(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-09) Benítez Toapanta, Marco WladimirThe purpose of this research project is to analyze the road to carry out an export plan for blue cheese from the company Gordo's located in the city of Cotacachi, Imbabura province, to the Spanish market, which will serve as a tool and guidance for an adequate foray and subsequent positioning in the Spanish market. The market study determined that the Spanish trade balance has a negative balance of blue cheese product, so that more cheese is consumed than it is exported, as well as high apparent consumption, which allows the company Gordo's to cover to a large extent this demand offering a product with high quality standards of Ecuadorian seal. The research project is feasible in economic-financial terms, because the indices and economic indicators, denote a Net Present Value greater than zero and a Return Rate higher than the performance demanded by investors, data that ensure the success of this plan from exportation.Item Open Access Sistema de exportaciones de las unidades económicas artesanales de San Antonio de Ibarra que elaboran artesanías en madera: caso de la unidad artesanal económica de la Sra. At present, it belongs to the Handmade Economic Units of San Antonio de Ibarra. At present there is a weak linkage of export policies of wood handicrafts made in San Antonio de Ibarra, being one of the main causes that has caused it not to position itself in the international market in countries that currently Ecuador through PROECUADOR, maintains good commercial relations with the tariff heading of handicrafts in general, so as to generate new opportunities in world-wide importing countries of these wooden crafts. The purpose of the export, is based on the realization of the market study, with the purpose of identifying the main countries that have as destination the wooden crafts and religious statues of Ecuador, the access to the international markets represents, tariff situations and opportunities commercial, all with the purpose of identifying the possibility of implementing an export plan for the benefit of the artisanal economic unit of Mrs. Dolores Carranza, located in the parish of San Antonio de Ibarra.Item Open Access Exportación de artesanías elaboradas en caña guadua y bambú de la microempresa artesanías López de Otavalo hacia el mercado Madrid - España(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2018-09) Morán Maigua, María Martha CeciliaA large part of the inhabitants of the Otavalo canton are dedicated to the elaboration of different handicrafts that highlight the creativity and skill of the artisan, using mainly raw material in an environmentally friendly way, whose products are marketed in the Centennial Market of Otavalo canton, commonly known as Plaza de Ponchos. One of the biggest problems that was detected when carrying out the research is the ignorance about the export processes by the artisans, including the way to reach international markets and the benefits it could have; Therefore, this research project aims to become a guide or source of consultation for the artisan to make the decision to make exports directly from the micro-enterprise López Handicrafts, to handicraft distributors in the Spanish market; to improve profitability, becoming a generator of economical incomes for their families. It is important to enclose that the bamboo incense holders made by Mr. López present a higher or greater level of quality that distinguishes them from the competition, even being a highlighted factor by the rest of local producers. Thanks to the unique techniques and applied knowledge in the production processes, they allow the artisans to obtain a final item of lower weight, which are accompanied by high creativity in designs and figures complemented with colors. Due to the characteristics that presents the elaborated product by Mr. López, he can access to the programs of Public Institutions such as PRO ECUADOR, to participate in the different international fairs in order to obtain new clients from foreign markets, in addition he can access the benefits that the Export Easy program offers to the artisan in order to increase exports and insert them into new markets making shipments to any country in a safe and agile way. Foreign customers are very well received by Ecuadorian bamboo incense holders, although the price is higher compared to other preceding producers from other countries, this has not prevented their acquisition, because the trend of Spanish consumers is to prefer products with a greater degree of elaboration; pointing itself towards designs that represent, Native American cultures, nature, stars and other designs; additionally, the European customer is replacing plastic products with any type of wood, due to the classic luxury impression that this material provides, having a double utilitarian function. The Spanish market nowadays has the tendency to acquire hand-made products, the incense holder in Ecuadorian bamboo that is intended to be exported meets the requirements that the client demands, therefore an unmet demand of 1800 units is determined based on the Primary information; amount that can be covered by the López Handicrafts microenterprise. All the information necessary for making decisions in the company is detailed within the plan. The business plan seeks the internationalization of the industry that presents a series of benefits such as the expansion of the client portfolio, improvement in resources, improvement in the product to be exported, new business opportunities, increase in sales, among others. It is very important to be clear about all the key aspects in the internationalization of the company, that is why this document is very necessary for the guide of the same and to be able to venture into the foreign market. During the research carried out, the market was known directly, the potential customers that are the supermarkets of the Department of Nariño, and surveys were applied which contain a lot of key information to enter the market, the industry was also visited permanently, and certain institutions that watch over foreign trade. Despite the fact that Colombia is a dairy industry market, it has gone through several problems, one of them, foot-and-mouth disease in livestock at the national level, which is why it does not currently allow it to export any type of dairy product. This is where Prodalsan will take advantage in exporting the kneaded cheese with all the laws and norms established, this product is only produced in Ecuador especially in the Province of Carchi where it is considered heritage. The logistics that will be applied is focused on managing resources effectively and efficiently where product flows are managed in a demanding manner in international spaces, transporting to the foreign market in a terrestrial way taking into account that the distance is not very long. To satisfy our customers the decision was made to negotiate in term DDP (Delivered Paid Rights) where the seller fulfills his responsibilities at the moment in which he leaves the goods at the agreed point in the country of destination. According to the financial analysis of the project shows that it is feasible seeing some important economic indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV) of 10959.51 an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 63% and a cost benefit of 3.11 considering that the recovery time of the investment is 2 years, 1 month and 13 days achieving a profit margin of 20%.
