Abstract
El presente trabajo de preservación y unificación patrimonial plantea abordar la conservación del paisaje cultural Mariano Acosta, implementando trayectos interpretativos en torno a tres escalas de intervención: territorial, paisajística y arquitectónica. La búsqueda de la solución a la problemática encontrada ratifica la consolidación de los atractivos turísticos que posee, donde la relación del patrimonio arquitectónico vernáculo y arqueológico a partir de un centro interpretativo, permitirá a la comunidad gestionar y dar a conocer su entorno cultural y natural. Con respecto al primer punto, el planteamiento se basa en la unificación esquemática de los atractivos turísticos de la parroquia, clasificando la información recopilada y jerarquizando cada uno de los puntos de interés en sitios de visita, a su vez mediante la metodología aplicada por las instituciones culturales rectoras del país se desarrolla la valoración y catalogación de los atractivos del paisaje cultural, de manera que los pobladores tengan a consideración la implementación de nuevos trayectos interpretativos a futuro. De acuerdo con el enfoque intermedio se propone la regeneración del paisaje cultural para la recuperación su imagen emblemática, utilizando elementos paisajísticos de su entorno inmediato y adaptándolos a nuevos requerimientos. El diseño de un trayecto interpretativo en la cabecera parroquial vincula diferentes hitos de la parroquia, implementando nuevas actividades a las viviendas colindantes, recuperar viviendas vernáculas, utilizar lotes vacantes como espacio para el esparcimiento vivencial y finalmente la puesta en valor de atractivos emblemáticos de la parroquia. Formular un centro de interpretación como eje rector y coordinador de todos los trayectos interpretativos fue el resultado de la relación espacial que posee la cabecera parroquial con su entorno. Este espacio además de instruir a los pobladores y visitantes también alberga diversos requerimientos necesarios a implementarse para los pobladores, cabe recalcar que toda la implementación se limita a la integración con la naturaleza produciendo el menor impacto visual en su paisaje cultural.
This heritage preservation and unification work addresses the Mariano Acosta” cultural landscape conservation, this by implementing interpretative paths around three scales of intervention: territorial, landscape and architectural. The search of the solution to the identified problem validates the reinforcement of the cultural landscape attractions it has, where the vernacular architectural and archeological heritage from an interpretative center will enable the community to manage and share its cultural and natural environment. Regarding to the first point, the overall concept is based on the schematically unification of the cultural landscape attractions of the local parish, in order to classify the collected information and prioritize each of the focal points into visit sites; furthermore, through the methodology applied by the cultural governing institutions in the country, the cultural landscape attractions are weighed and catalogued for locals to consider the implementation of new interpretative paths in the future. According with the intermediate approach, it is proposed the cultural landscape regeneration to recover its symbolic image by using landscaping elements from the immediate surroundings and adapting them to new requirements. An interpretative path design in the parish center links multiple parish milestones, implementing new activities to the adjoining properties, get vernacular housing recovered, use vacant lots as experiential spread, and finally, putting value to symbolic attractions of the parish. Set a centre of interpretation as a guiding and coordinator principle of all the interpretative paths was the result of the space relation between the parish center and its surroundings. This result, beside training the locals and visitors, has various necessary requirements to be implemented for the community as well, it should be stressed the implementation limits itself to the integration with the environment, generating low visual impact on the cultural landscape.
