| dc.description | Tourist operators generate activities that take advantage of natural and cultural resources, in a sustainable and sustainable way to boost the economy of a given place, it is an opportunity for development both in the economic field as well as in the development of tourism and the use of the natural resources and development of society, taking into account the current reality that are handled around technology, the creation in the Otavalo canton of a virtual tour operator is seen as a proposal; Through this idea of tourist operation through e commerce, which is the management of commerce through the internet or more commonly called electronic commerce, it is intended in such a way to offer the products and services that the Otavalo canton has to make available to tourists who are traditionally attracted by the culture and origin of its inhabitants thus developing more tourist activities in the canton. This research is based on the collection of bibliographic information related to tourism, electronic commerce, tourist activities in Otavalo among others, taking as a contribution to the generation of this research proposal and knowing, as well as contributing and transfers are the benefits that they are obtained for the canton and also for its population in general. The present research developed research techniques such as surveys and interviews that were applied to authorities and the economically active population that come to do tourism in the Otavalo canton, which resulted in a favorable acceptance of the proposal by a virtual tour operator, with a summary response of the applications of our investigative techniques. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Las operadoras turísticas generan actividades que aprovechan los recursos naturales, culturales, de una manera sostenible y sustentable para el impulso de la economía de un lugar determinado, es una oportunidad de desarrollo tanto en el campo económico como también en el desarrollo del turismo y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y desarrollo de la sociedad, tomando en cuenta la realidad de la actualidad que se manejan alrededor de la tecnología se ve como propuesta la creación en el cantón Otavalo de una operadora turística virtual; por medio de esta idea de operación turística mediante el e-commerce que es el manejo del comercio por medio del internet o más comúnmente llamado comercio electrónico, se pretende de tal manera ofertar los productos y servicios que tiene el cantón Otavalo para poner a disposición de los turistas que comúnmente son atraídos por la cultura y origen de sus pobladores desarrollando así más actividades turísticas en el cantón. La presente investigación se fundamenta mediante la recopilación de información bibliográfica relacionada con el turismo, el comercio electrónico, las actividades turísticas de Otavalo entre otras, tomando como aporte para la generación de esta propuesta investigativa y conociendo, así como aporta y cuáles son los beneficios que se obtienen para el cantón y también a su población en general. La presente investigación desarrolló técnicas de investigación como encuestas y entrevistas que fueron aplicadas a autoridades y población económicamente activa que llega a realizar turismo en el cantón Otavalo misma que dio como resultado favorable la aceptación de propuesta una operadora turística virtual, siendo respuesta resumen de las aplicaciones de nuestras técnicas de investigación. | |
