The present investigation proposes to solve the problem of school violence that is currently affecting the children of the Mercedes González Fiscal School institution, this difficulty is evident in the educational environment, the emotional part and the integral development of all members of the school community. This project proposes a guide of activities aimed at the prevention of violence from the perspective of the culture of peace, aimed at students from 10 to 12 years of the institution. The main purpose is to cultivate values and skills that favor a peaceful coexistence, respect for diversity and non-violent resolution of conflicts within the school environment. For this, a projective methodology with a qualitative approach and a descriptive design is used. The guide that has been developed includes dynamic and creative activities, as well as cooperative games that address conflict situations. These proposals aim to sensitize students about the importance of empathy, respect and tolerance, helping to create a safer and more harmonious school environment. In addition, the active participation of the entire educational community is highlighted, since it is essential to join efforts to establish a firm commitment against violence and strengthen a true culture of peace in the school. The implementation of this guide is based on successful models of school violence prevention programs that integrate conflict mediation, dialogue and the inclusion of differences as pillars for peaceful coexistence.
