| dc.description | El oso andino (Tremarctos ornatus) es la única especie de la familia Ursidae, endémico de los Andes Tropicales. La misma que está siendo amenazada debido a las actividades antrópicas implementadas en su territorio, de esta manera catalogándola en peligro de extinción a nivel de Ecuador, pues sus poblaciones se han visto reducidas en la última generación. En la provincia de Imbabura, se han venido suscitando ataques a ganado vacuno y principalmente daños a cultivos de maíz por parte del oso andino, generándose una interacción de conflicto compleja con los habitantes de esta provincia. El objetivo del presente estudio fue realizar un análisis multi temporal de la tenencia de tierra en áreas de interacción con el oso andino (Tremarctos ornatus), Parroquia Plaza Gutiérrez - Cantón Cotacachi, lo cual se llevó a cabo en tres fases: Primera fase: Evaluación del conflicto ser humano – oso andino, con la aplicación de una encuesta a 11 pobladores y la elaboración de un mapa de zonificación del conflicto, en la que se determinó que él, 45% está a favor de realizar acciones de conservación de esta especie, sin embargo, el 36% de los afectados consideran al oso andino como perjudicial, debido a las pérdidas económicas que ha generado. Segunda fase: Análisis Multitemporal de cambio y uso de suelo de los años 2014 y 2020, donde se evidenció un incremento de 82,79% de la superficie de Vegetación arbórea. La superficie de cultivos se ha reducido el 0,45% y el pasto cultivado se ha reducido el 10,64%. Frente a la superficie total de toda el área de interacción con el oso andino. Tercera fase: Implementación de medidas preventivas, se elaboró con la participación de actores claves, en el cual se priorizaron cuatro estrategias, siendo necesario la implementación de acciones de conservación adecuadas para la zona, mismos que corresponden a capacitación en temas ambientales y medidas disuasivas y preventivas, sistemas de producción ganaderos intensivos, incentivos productivos sostenibles y continuar con el monitoreo del oso andino. | es_ES |

The same that is being threatened due to the anthropic activities implemented in its territory, in this way cataloging it in danger of extinction at the level of Ecuador, since its populations have been reduced in the last generation. In the province of Imbabura, there have been attacks on cattle and mainly damage to corn crops by the Andean bear, generating a complex conflict interaction with the inhabitants of this province.
