Abstract
La educación es uno de los ejes principales de desarrollo de la sociedad, y si bien, es un
derecho, sus altos costos han impedido por muchos años el acceso a la misma; es por
eso que el Estado ha buscado determinar en base a principios fundamentales la creación
de normativa que sustenten y ayuden a distribuir fondos de manera equitativa en base a
la realidad socioeconómica del estudiante, logrando que todos puedan acceder al
sistema educativo sin distinción alguna colocando a todos en igualdad de oportunidades,
la presente investigación tiene como finalidad conocer si el sistema de pensión
diferenciada de la PUCE SI está siendo justo y cumpliendo con lo que la Constitución y
Ley Orgánica de Educación Superior establecen.
Education is one of the main development axes of society, and although it is a right, its high costs have prevented access to it for many years; That is why the State has sought to determine based on fundamental principles the creation of regulations that support and help distribute funds equitably based on the socioeconomic reality of the students, ensuring that everyone can access the educational system without any distinction, placing to all with equal opportunities, the purpose of this research is to know if the PUCESI differentiated pension system is being fair and complying with what the Constitution and LOES establish.
