| dc.description | En la presente investigación se utilizó la norma ISO (Organización Internacional de Estandarización) 45001:2018 que se basa en Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, y la norma BASC (Alianza Empresarial para un Comercio Seguro) de Gestión en Control y Seguridad versión 5 del año 2017, en las cuales se analizó y estudio su estructura, y la metodología que utilizan las dos normas, debido a que ambas normas utilizan un mismo ciclo PHVA (planear, hacer, verificar y actuar) y llevan requieren de una gestión de mejora, para posterior identificar los puntos en los cuales se relacionan, a la vez especificar los apartados diferentes que tiene las normas, con la finalidad de establecer el diseño del sistema de integración de las dos normas para beneficio de la empresa privada AGENTES DE SEGURIDAD Y VIGILANCIA AGENTESEG Cía. Ltda., de la ciudad de Ibarra que se dedica a ofrecer el servicio de seguridad y vigilancia física, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la investigación de tipo descriptivo, además se utilizaron instrumentos como: lista de chuequeo, cuadros comparativos e investigaciones bibliográficas, a fin de lograr los objetivos planteados, por medio de estos se estableció un manual integrado, que logró la correlación entre las normativas y requisitos que tienen los dos sistemas de gestión, a la vez pueda ayudar a que la empresa AGENTESEG Cía. Ltda., pueda acceder a las ofertas del mercado que requieran tales normas, al mismo tiempo que le ayude en un futuro en el acceso a la certificación internacional si es que lo requiera. | es_ES |
