Abstract
Al identificar el inconveniente en el control y registro de calificaciones, así como también la dificultad en identificar los porcentajes de deserción estudiantil en la Unidad Educativa “Rafael Suarez Meneses”, se plantea el presente proyecto con la finalidad de proponer una solución informática que contribuya en el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades de evaluación académica. Para el presente proyecto se ha realizado un análisis de la situación actual y las actividades que la Institución requiere para solventar las dificultades que presenta\; así como también se realiza una investigación de los factores importantes de deserción escolar con la finalidad de plantear los requerimientos de una herramienta de software que permita mejorar el desarrollo de las actividades de gestión académica. Se realizó la recopilación de las diferentes historias de usuarios y posterior se procedió con el desarrollo de la aplicación web mediante una metodología XP como solución de la problemática evidenciada y una vez concluida se realiza las pruebas satisfactorias con los representantes de la Institución, mismos que validaron el correcto funcionamiento del software entregado.
When the inconvenience in the control and registration of qualifications was identified, as well as the difficulty in identifying the percentages of student desertion in the Rafael Suarez Meneses School, this project is proposed with the purpose of proposing a computer solution that contributes in the development of the different activities of academic evaluation. For this project, an analysis of the current situation and the activities that the Institution requires to solve the difficulties it presents has been carried out; as well as an investigation of the important factors of school dropout is carried out in order to raise the requirements of a software tool that allows improving the development of academic management activities. The compilation of the different user stories was carried out and later the development of the web application was carried out using an XP methodology as a solution to the problem evidenced and once the satisfactory tests were carried out with the representatives of the Institution, who validated the correct functioning of the delivered software.
