Abstract
El proyecto propuesto tiene como objetivo implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Infraestructura de Red basado en software de código abierto en la Empresa Eléctrica Regional Norte S.A., con el objetivo de alinear el sistema con las mejores prácticas de la industria, como el modelo FCAPS, para garantizar una solución robusta y estandarizada. Por esta razón, el enfoque de este proyecto no solo fue mejorar la eficiencia operativa de la empresa, sino también sentar las bases para una gestión de red más ágil, segura y escalable en el futuro, apuntando así a una mejora integral y sostenible. Esperando que este proyecto no solo mejore la eficiencia operativa de la empresa, sino que también siente las bases para una gestión de red más ágil, segura y escalable en el futuro. De esta manera, se busca una mejora integral y sostenible. La implementación de este sistema representa una inversión en tecnología y un compromiso con la excelencia operativa, la seguridad de la información y la satisfacción del cliente. The proposed project aims to implement a Network Infrastructure Management System based on open-source software at Empresa Eléctrica Regional Norte S.A., with the objective of aligning the system with industry best practices, such as the FCAPS model, to ensure a robust and standardised solution. For this reason, the focus of this project was not only to improve the operational efficiency of the company, but also to lay the foundation for a more agile, secure and scalable network management in the future, thus aiming for a comprehensive and sustainable improvement.
