Abstract
El presente trabajo se desarrolla en la parroquia la Esperanza, específicamente en el sector Rumipamba y busca mejorar la infraestructura turística en el sector para impulsar el turismo gastronómico, se enmarca en un contexto donde el turismo cultural y gastronómico en zonas rurales de Ecuador está experimentando un crecimiento notable. Sin embargo, la falta de organización y la influencia de la globalización plantean desafíos para preservar las tradiciones locales. De esta manera, este lugar se convierte en el punto de atención, donde se identifica la falta de infraestructura y organización como elementos que impactan negativamente en las tradiciones y la economía local. Como respuesta a esta problemática, se plantea la creación de un centro gastronómico vivencial que no solo busque revitalizar la economía de la zona, sino también promover el turismo y preservar las tradiciones locales. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es diseñar un Centro Turístico Gastronómico en Rumipamba, el cual se fundamenta en la cosmovisión, cultura, tradición y normativas locales para su desarrollo. Se plantea intervenir a diferentes escalas macro, meso y micro con el fin de mejorar la identidad cultural y gastronómica de la zona. Este centro incluirá áreas gastronómicas, administrativas y de servicios que se generan en base a la cosmovisión andina para integrar elementos naturales y tradicionales en el diseño arquitectónico del proyecto.
The present work is developed in the Esperanza parish, specifically in the Rumipamba sector and seeks to improve the tourist infrastructure in the sector to promote gastronomic tourism, it is framed in a context where cultural and gastronomic tourism in rural areas of Ecuador is experiencing a notable growth. However, the lack of organization and the influence of globalization pose challenges to preserving local traditions. In this way, this place becomes the point of attention, where the lack of infrastructure and organization is identified as elements that negatively impact traditions and the local economy. In response to this problem, the creation of an experiential gastronomic center is proposed that not only seeks to revitalize the economy of the area, but also promote tourism and preserve local traditions. The main objective of this project is to design a Gastronomic Tourist Center in Rumipamba, which is based on the worldview, culture, tradition and local regulations for its development. It is proposed to intervene at different macro, meso and micro scales in order to improve the cultural and gastronomic identity of the area. This center will include gastronomic, administrative and service areas that are generated based on the Andean worldview to integrate natural and traditional elements into the architectural design of the project.
