Abstract
En el proceso para la realización de este proyecto se ha tomado en cuenta un previo análisis urbano con el sitio definido en donde se ha identificado el principal problema que aflige a la parroquia, analizando cual es la mejor opción a realizar como intervención Se habla acerca de la parroquia, teniendo inicialmente una introducción a ella, las actividades que se realizan, antecedentes Generales de la misma, datos históricos más relevantes del sitio. Donde luego se procederá con la descripción de la justificación, que nos describe una solución la problemática de San Antonio de Ibarra, definido como sitio de estudio, luego procederemos a argumentar acerca sustento de nuestro proyecto, en ella se detalla la elección de dicho proyecto y la delimitación del tipo de equipamiento elegido y demostrando la validez de dicha propuesta. Por consiguiente, obtendremos la definición de los objetivos tanto generales como específicos del proyecto de acuerdo a las delimitaciones dispuestas. Se describirá los distritos adyacentes al sitio de estudio, límites y descripción breve. Para finalmente llegar a conocer el alcance del proyecto qué que se va a desarrollar, demarcando la complejidad del mismo con los diferentes puntos a desarrollar. La propuesta es la creación de un Centro Cultural Artesanal y como esta influirá en el desarrollo Artesanal, Económico y Turístico-cultural de la zona además de su calidad de vida y de espacios públicos adecuados a las actividades desarrolladas.
In the process for carrying out this project, a previous urban analysis has been taken into account with the defined site where the main problem afflicting the parish has been identified, analyzing which is the best option to carry out as an intervention. We talk about the parish, initially having an introduction to it, the activities carried out, its General background, the most relevant historical data of the site. Where then we will proceed with the description of the justification, which describes a solution to the problem of San Antonio de Ibarra, defined as a study site, then we will proceed to argue about the sustenance of our project, in it the choice of said project and the delimitation of the type of equipment chosen and demonstrating the validity of said proposal. Therefore we will obtain the definition of both the general and specific objectives of the project according to the established delimitations. The districts adjacent to the study site, boundaries and a brief description will be described. To finally get to know the scope of the project what is going to be developed, marking the complexity of it with the different points to be developed. The proposal is the creation of an Artisan Cultural Center and how this will influence the Artisan, Economic and Touristcultural development of the area in addition to its quality of life and public spaces suitable for the activities carried out
