Abstract
En la actualidad el estrés laboral se puede presentar de diversas maneras y en el desarrollo de cualquier tipo de actividad, una de ellas es la actividad docente, la cual es realizada por los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Urcuquí”, lugar de investigación donde el objetivo principal se basa en analizar el factor de riesgo frente al estrés laboral en la planta docente, para posteriormente realizar un plan preventivo, tomando en cuenta las causas y niveles del mismo. Todo esto mediante la recolección de información por medio de tests relacionados con la temática (estrés laboral) y avalados por estudios de corte nacional e internacional para consecutivamente realizar una investigación documental que nos permita sustentar un plan de mejora aplicable en la institución de manera inmediata y que nos permita obtener resultados a mediano plazo. Posterior al análisis investigativo se determinan las causas, así como también los niveles de estrés que se maneja en los docentes de la U. E. Urcuquí, donde se puede evidenciar que mantienen niveles de riesgo psicosocial manejables, al igual que su afectación en algunas de las dimensiones analizadas, siendo estos algunos de los aspectos a ser tomados en cuenta dentro del plan de acción, el mismo que presenta varias estrategias de aplicación para lograr una mejora o disminución de los niveles de riesgo psicosocial por medio de la aplicación de talleres y actividades relacionadas con la temática de estudio.

Urcuquí, where it can be evidenced that they maintain manageable levels of psychosocial risk, as well as their affectation in some of the dimensions analyzed, these being some of the aspects to be taken into account within the action plan, which presents several application strategies to achieve an improvement or decrease in the levels of psychosocial risk through the application of workshops and activities related to the study theme.
