Abstract
El presente trabajo de titulación se desarrolla en la parroquia rural de Ambuquí, perteneciente al cantón Ibarra, en medio de un contexto histórico, relacionado directamente con la producción agrícola, el mencionado proyecto arquitectónico tiene como objetivo primordial diseñar un centro de acopio, procesamiento y comercio de productos agrícolas que garantice nuevas fuentes de empleo para sus residentes. Los enfoques que direcciona ron el desarrollo de este proyecto promueven seguir incrementado la identidad productiva de este lugar, es decir que principalmente se promueve la agricultura, seguido de los as pectos socioeconómicos en base a esta actividad, con lo cual se busca darles sustento a las familias que allí residen. El planteamiento del proyecto busca aprovechar el crecimiento de la agricultura en el lugar, rescatando los principales productos agrícolas tal y como lo es el mango, para darle un valor agregado al momento de su comercialización, al mismo tiempo que se permite industrializarlo, ampliando los sectores productivos y por ende incrementando la mano de obra necesaria para este tipo de actividades, logrando así la eficiencia, eficacia y calidad en todas las actividades agrícolas que se realicen en elsector. Finalmente, el proyecto implementa un espacio dedicado al comercio de todos los pro ductos agrícolas del lugar, dándoles la posibilidad a los productores de comercializarlos en instalaciones adecuadas para esta actividad, como lo es un mercado de agricultores, mejorando así la interacción productor-consumidor en materia social y económica.
The present project of titling is developed in Ambuquí, belonging to Ibarra, in the middle of a historical context, directly related to agricultural production, the aforementioned ar chitectural project has as its main objective to design a center for collection, processing and trade of agricultural products to ensure new sources of employment for its residents. The approaches that directed the development of this project promote to continue increa sing the productive identity of this place, that is to say that mainly agriculture is promo ted, followed by the socioeconomic aspects based on this activity, with which it is sought to give sustenance to the families that reside there. The approach of the project seeks to take advantage of the growth of agriculture in the place, rescuing the main agricultural products such as mango, to give it an added value at the time of marketing, while allowing it to industrialize, expanding the productive sectors and thus increasing the labor needed for this type of activity, thus achieving efficiency, effectiveness and quality in all agricul tural activities carried out in the sector. Finally, the project implements a space dedicated to the trade of all local agricultural products, giving producers the possibility of marke ting them in facilities suitable for this activity, such as a farmers' market, thus improving producer-consumer interaction in social and economic terms.
