Abstract
El presente trabajo urbano arquitectónico busca una solución a la problemática encontrada en el sector del centro de privación de libertad de Ibarra y su zona de influencia, donde la readecuación del predio de este centro carcelario, brindan un cambio positivo para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes en especial del barrio Tahuando.
Como principal enfoque se tiene la creación de un espacio de uso mixto dedicado a la Cultura y a la Educación donde a más de reflejar la trayectoria histórica de justicia en nuestro país y la ciudad de Ibarra, aporta al aspecto cultural - patrimonial, revalorizando a la edificación y al contexto urbano, a través de espacios que vinculan e integran con el entorno inmediato existente como son: La escuela 28 de Septiembre, El parque CPL-Ibarra y el predio inventariado por el INPC del Centro de Privación de Libertad Ibarra donde se aplican conceptos urbanos de espacio compartido, el cual brinda un armonía entre vías peatonales, vehiculares, ciclo vías y elementos arquitectónicos construidos, que se encuentran dentro del sector de intervención.
The present architectural urban work seeks a solution to the problems found in the sector of the Ibarra prison and its area of influence, where the readjustment of the premises of this prison, provide a positive change to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants especially of the Tahuando neighborhood. The main focus is the creation of a mixed-use space dedicated to Culture and Education where, in addition to reflecting the historical trajectory of justice in our country and the city of Ibarra, it contributes to the cultural - patrimonial aspect, revaluing the building and the urban context, through spaces that link and integrate with the existing immediate environment such as: The 28 de Septiembre” school, the CPL-Ibarra park and the property inventoried by the INPC of the Ibarra Deprivation of Liberty Center where They apply urban concepts of shared space, which provides a harmony between pedestrian and vehicular roads, cycle paths and built architectural elements, which are found within the intervention sector.
