Abstract
El proyecto Centro de Promoción Cultural, Artesanal y de Saberes Ancestrales es una propuesta que nace de la investigación y diagnóstico del barrio Rumipamba, parroquia La Esperanza; la cual pretende ofrecer un espacio que acoja y aporte al desarrollo de las comunidades que residen y visitan las zonas de la parroquia. Durante la investigación se conoció al sitio como una zona rural de gran historia an cestral inmersa en una zona rica en paisajes naturales y turísticos. Por otro parte, también se encuentra el valor ancestral, la historia cultural que ha permanecido por muchos años latente en este sector, pues la variedad de tradiciones culturales, artesanales, saberes an cestrales han logrado ser reconocidos a nivel nacional e internacional, sin embargo, ha ido en decaden cia por el bajo conocimiento de estos elementos fundamentales para el desarrollo de los pueblos que practican estas tradiciones. Por tal motivo, se hace la propuesta arquitectónica para revitalizar y pro mover este sito ancestral y cultural.
The project Center for Cultural, Artisanal and Ancestral Knowledge Promotion is a proposal that arises from the investigation and diagnosis of the Rumipamba neighborhood, La Esperanza parish, which aims to offer a space that welcomes and contributes to the development of the communities that reside and visit the areas of the parish. During the investigation the site was known as a rural area with a great ancestral history immersed in an area rich in natural and tourist landscapes. On the other hand, there is also the ancestral value, the cultural history that has remained latent for many years in this sector, since the variety of cultural, artisanal and ancestral traditions have managed to be recognized nationally and internationally, however, it has gone into decline due to the low knowledge of these fundamental elements for the development of the peoples who practice these traditions. For this reason, the architectural proposal is made to revitalize and promote this ancestral and cultural site.
