Abstract
El Parque Agrario está enfocado para los habitantes de la comunidad de La Florida donde se gene ra la propuesta de diseño arquitectónico con el fi n de promover el turismo hacia la comunidad tanto de personas de la zona como a personas externas, a la vez promoviendo la permanencia de sus pobladores incrementando la actividad socio económica y cultural del sector. Dicha propuesta se promueve como un proyecto rural, arquitectónico y paisajístico contemplando lo propio del sector (agricultura y cultura) conjuntamente con espacios de atracción a cualquier per sona externa o de la zona (recreación, formación, habitabilidad y producción), todo esto proyectado para una mejora de los pobladores en el aspecto socioeconómico cultural, atajando la migración de la comunidad buscando sostenibilidad, entretenimiento y educación. Así mismo, este proyecto al integrarse directamente con la comunidad será utilizados los materiales y recursos existentes en la zona. Además, la incorporación de nuevos materiales proporcionará al proyecto la obtención de crear un entorno llamativo en la comunidad.
The agricultural park is focused in the inhabitants of the La Florida’s community where the architec tural design proposal is generated in order to promote tourism to the community, both from people in the area and from outsiders, at the same time promoting the permanence of its residents, likewise increasing the socio-economic and cultural activity of the sector. This proposal is promoted as a rural, architectural and landscape project contemplating what is typi cal of the sector (agriculture and culture) together with spaces of attraction to any external person or from the area (recreation, training, habitability and production), all this projected for an improvement of the inhabitants in the socioeconomic and cultural aspect, stopping the migration of the community seeking sustainability, entertainment and education. Likewise, this project, when integrated directly with the community, it will use the existing materials and resources in the area. In addition, the incorporation of new materials will provide the project with the ability to create a striking environment in the community.
