Abstract
Este proyecto se en marca en el catón Antonio Ante de la provincia de Imbabura, dentro de la parroquia urbana de Andrade Marín en el barrio Santa Isabel. El objetivo de la producción de vivienda de interés social es el de mejorar la situación habitacional de la población más vulnerable del sector y también de las familias que no pueden acceder a una vivienda digna, esto incluye el conocer, entender los asentamientos y las construcciones nuevas fuera del centro urbano de la ciudad. El presente estudio y análisis de la propuesta de viviendas de interés social se basa en los derechos humanos, especificaciones, reglamentos y normas vigentes que beneficiará a las familias del barrio Santa Isabel y moradores de la parroquia de Andrade Marín. En tal virtud, he creído pertinente examinar diferentes normativas dimensionales para establecer medidas ideales, analizar de talladamente el sector donde se emplazará el proyecto, diagnosticar su entorno, analizar proyectos habitacionales de otros arquitectos, desarrollar un programa especial para el barrio Santa Isabel y finalmente proponer un diseño sustentable de vivienda de interés social para este importante sector.

As such, I have thought it pertinent to examine different dimensional regulations to establish ideal measurements, analyze in detail the sector where the project will be implemented, diagnose its environment, analyze housing projects by other architects, develop a special program for the Santa Isabel neighborhood and finally propose a low-income housing program for this important sector.
