Abstract
El presente trabajo de titulación basado en una temática agrícola plantea una solución a la problemática encontrada en la parroquia rural de San Blas del cantón Urcuqui, luego de haber investigado y analizado con respecto a la falta de una infraestructura agrícola en el sector se determinó plantear una solución ligado al mejoramiento y una actualización de conocimientos agrícolas en un sector netamente agrícola en el país. En el transcurso de la investigación se pudo observar las falencias existentes en el sector agrícola del sector, una de las más drásticas es la falta de espacios de acopio para los productos agrícolas cosechados en el sector durante el trascurso del año de producción, otro problema notorio en el sector fue la falta de un espacio para realiza la comercialización de manera directa de los productos agrícolas teniendo en cuenta que los agricultores venden sus productos de forma indirecta mediante intermediarios los cuales no permiten que los ingresos económicos se queden en su totalidad con los agricultores principales actores y responsables de la agricultura en el sector. Luego de haber analizado todas las problemáticas se procedió a proponer soluciones que beneficien al sector agrícola, partiendo por proponer un proceso de enfoques basados en el procedimiento correcto que debe dar a los productos agrícolas desde su poscosecha, el correcto tratamiento profesional y técnico que se debe dar a los productos para conservar su calidad e integridad para un mejor precio de venta final hacia el consumidor. Además, se propone contar con espacios de capacitación para los agricultores para innovar y mejorar sus conocimientos en la producción agrícola. Abstrayendo toda la investigación y conocimiento obtenido en el sector se propone un proyecto completo que contenga espacio para un correcto acopio y distribución de los productos agrícolas también un espacio de comercialización directa hacia el consumidor interno y externo por ultimo espacios de capacitación teórica y práctica para los agricultores, el proyecto arquitectónico está diseñado mediante un orden en sus espacios con una integración interna y externa logrando dar una solución viable para la problemática agrícola exigente en la parroquia rural de San Blas del cantón Urcuqui.
This degree work based on an agricultural theme proposes a solution to the problems found in the rural parish of San Blas in the Urcuqui canton, after researching and analyzing the lack of agricultural infrastructure in the sector, it was determined to propose a solution linked to the improvement and updating of agricultural knowledge in a purely agricultural sector in the country. During the course of the research it was possible to observe the existing shortcomings in the agricultural sector of the sector, one of the most drastic is the lack of storage spaces for the agricultural products harvested in the sector during the course of the production year, another notorious problem in the sector was the lack of a space for direct marketing of agricultural products considering that farmers sell their products indirectly through intermediaries which do not allow the economic income to remain entirely with the main actors and farmers responsible for agriculture in the sector. After analyzing all the problems, we proceeded to propose solutions that would benefit the agricultural sector, starting by proposing a process of approaches based on the correct procedure that should be given to agricultural products from post-harvest, the correct professional and technical treatment that should be given to the products to preserve their quality and integrity for a better final sale price to the consumer. In addition, it is proposed to have training spaces for farmers to innovate and improve their knowledge in agricultural production. Abstracting all the research and knowledge obtained in the sector we propose a complete project that contains space for a correct storage and distribution of agricultural products, also a space for direct marketing to the internal and external consumer and finally spaces for theoretical and practical training for farmers, the architectural project is designed through an order in its spaces with an internal and external integration achieving a viable solution to the demanding agricultural problems in the rural parish of San Blas of the Urcuqui canton.
