Abstract
Hace 50 años en la ciudad de Atuntaqui nace Anitex, empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de prendas de vestir, la cual, gracias al trabajo y dirección de sus fundadores se ha convertido en un referente dentro de la industria textil de la ciudad de Atuntaqui; Anitex comprende la importancia de un plan estratégico dentro de la dirección de la organización, por lo que en años pasados la empresa pasó por un proceso de diseño y desarrollo de un plan estratégico a fin de establecer los lineamientos que la organización necesitaba para ese momento, sin embargo; por descuido de la dirección y la priorización de otras actividades, Anitex no continuo con los proceso de diseño y desarrollo estratégico; por lo que se vio conveniente generar una propuesta de Plan Estratégico para la empresa a fin de coadyuvar en el éxito, integración y consolidación de la misma; propuesta desarrollada previa la investigación bibliográfica sobre los lineamientos y corrientes actuales de la planificación estratégica y la realización de un estudio de situación de la organización, a fin de que la propuesta sea acorde a la misma.
50 years ago in the city of Atuntaqui was born Anitex, a company dedicated to the production and merchandising of clothing, which, thanks to the founders´s work and leadership has become a reference in the textile industry of the city of Atuntaqui; Anitex understands the importance of a strategic plan within the management of the organization, so in past years the company went through a process of design and development of a strategic plan in order to establish the guidelines that the organization needed for that moment, however; by the direction´s abandom and the prioritization of other activities, Anitex did´n continue with the design of a strategic processes; for that it was convenient to generate a proposal of Strategic Plan for the company Anitex in order to contribute to the success, integration and consolidation of the company; proposal developed after to the bibliographical research on guidelines and currents of strategic planning and the realization of a study of the organization's situation, so that the proposal is in accordance with it.
