Abstract

The methods applied were: the logical deductive one, insofar as it allowed to analyze the sentence from the general consideration that violations of rights had been alleged in the petition sent to the IACHR, to the facts and individualized evidence that substantiated the responsibility of the State; and the inductive logical method, insofar as it allowed legal professionals to start with general questions, to obtain specific answers regarding the dissemination of knowledge that had been achieved thanks to the jurisprudential precedent analyzed. The results and conclusions can be appreciated by the reader throughout this project.
