Abstract
Restaurante La aduana, se encuentra ubicado en la cuidad de Ibarra dentro de la estación de servicios Yahuarcocha, es un establecimiento de servicio de comida y bebidas para ser consumidas en el mismo local o en caso para llevar, el cual ofrece un menú variado, el restaurante trae clientes por sus platos y atención que ofrece, pero no cuenta con una herramienta tecnológica para mejorar su servicio. Por el cual la presente investigación se desarrolló con el propósito de realizar una herramienta tecnológica que ayude para la toma de pedidos, y la gestión de ventas. El cual le permitirá innovar dentro del restaurante ofreciendo un servicio más rápido reduciendo el tiempo para tomar la orden a su vez evitar órdenes equivocadas a la hora de servir el plato, y mejor calidad para los clientes, el cual es una ayuda para los meseros olvidando ya la nota pagable para las órdenes, al mismo tiempo una ayuda para la parte de administración ofreciendo una importante asistencia para monitorear el rendimiento de las ventas dentro del establecimiento. Y para ello contara con un aplicativo móvil para la realizar las órdenes a los clientes en el cual se basará en el formato de comanda, y para la parte de la administración contara con un aplicativo web para visualizar las actividades diarias y visualizar sus ventas.
Restaurant La Aduana is located in the city of Ibarra within the Yahuarcocha service station, it is an establishment serving food and beverages to be consumed in the same place or to take away, which offers a varied menu, the restaurant attracts customers for its dishes and the attention it offers, but it does not have a technological tool to improve its service. For which the present investigation was developed with the purpose of making a technological tool that helps to take orders, and sales management. Which will allow you to innovate within the restaurant offering a faster service reducing the time to take the order in turn avoid wrong orders when serving the dish, and better quality for customers, which is a help for waiters forgetting and to the note payable for the orders, at the same time a help for the administration part offering an important assistance to monitor the sales performance within the establishment. And for this, it will have a mobile application to carry out orders to customers in which it will be based on the command format, and for the administration part, it will have a web application to visualize daily activities and visualize its sales.
