Abstract
La gestión de los presupuestos en los proyectos juega un rol determinante debido a que esto
repercute en el tiempo y alcance de las obras de ingeniería civil de la empresa Ingenorth
S.C.C de la ciudad de Ibarra, bajo este contexto se planteó como objetivo desarrollar una
solución tecnológica a través de la web mediante tecnologías de libre distribución la cual le
permita conocer el estado del presupuesto asignado para cada contratación. La metodología
que se aplicó en la ingeniería de la solución fue la de programación extrema, la cual permitió
la especificación de los requisitos mediante reuniones con el equipo de la empresa, el
modelado de la solución basada en una arquitectura cliente servidor tres capas acordes al
modelo de negocio, la codificación se la realizo basada en modelos, vistas y controladores.
Como resultado se obtuvo una aplicación web basada en módulos y funcionalidades la cual
facilita la gestión automatizada de los presupuestos, recursos, materiales, usuarios y demás
procesos inherentes a los presupuestos que intervienen en la obra civil.
