Abstract
El presente trabajo está enfocado en el almacenamiento y visualización de diferentes variables climatológicas provenientes de la estación climática e invernaderos de la granja de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, revisando y analizando múltiples maneras técnicas de procesar dicha información con el fin de encontrar una solución óptima y accesible para quienes se beneficien de este proyecto. Al utilizar un modo visual en un masivo conjunto de información dentro de cualquier ámbito funcional, es muy aceptable, ya que permite una abstracción y comprensión de una manera fácil; en este caso es aplicado en la agricultura, donde a través de un sitio web con un entorno amigable para los usuarios, se permite apreciar dicha información de manera clara para los usuarios que accedan al sistema. Los usuarios mediante diferentes consultas en el portal web podrán visualizar, analizar e interpretar variables climáticas como: temperatura, humedad, precipitación, entre otras, dicha información es obtenida mediante los sensores de humedad ubicados en los invernaderos y la estación climática de la granja de la PUCE-SI y posteriormente procesada y clasificada para su almacenamiento en una base de datos no relacional (NoSQL), debido a las características de los datos recopilados. Finalmente, después de haber realizado una investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa se presenta los resultados obtenidos, las pruebas de software realizadas durante el tiempo de desarrollo del mismo, se analizaron los diferentes impactos causados y con dichos análisis se elaboraron las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
This work is focused on the storage and visualization of the different climatic variables deriving from the climatic station and glasshouses of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador’s Farm, verifying and analyzing multiple technical ways to process the climatic information with the purpose to find and optimal solution and accessible for those who benefit from this project. By using a visual mode in massive information within any functional area, it is very acceptable, this allows an abstraction and understanding in an easy way; in this case is applied in agriculture, where through a website with a user-friendly environment, it allows to appreciate the information in a clear way for the users who access the system. The users by means of different consultations in the web portal will be able to visualize, analyze and interpret climatic variables like: temperature, moisture, precipitation, between others, the above mentioned information is obtained by means of the sensors of moisture located in the hothouses and the climatic station of the farm of the PUCE-SI and later processed and classified for its storage in not relational database (NoSQL), due to the characteristics of the compiled information. Finally, after having carried out a quantitative and qualitative research are presented the results obtained, software testing carried out during the development time of the same, it was analyzed the different impacts caused and with such analyzes were developed the appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
