Abstract
El principal propósito que tiene este trabajo de investigación, es dar a conocer cuáles son los
argumentos que está generando una mujer dentro del periodismo deportivo y analizar qué
tipo de mensaje envía a su audiencia, ya sea positivo o negativo, de tal manera que se pueda
observar cuál es el aporte que da a la sociedad en diferentes disciplinas deportivas mediante
plataformas que están adaptadas a nuestros tiempos.
Las redes sociales han ido evolucionando con el paso de los días, demostrando así ser
también una fuente creíble para la gran parte de la sociedad, razón por la que, al ser también
plataformas fáciles de utilizar, se han convertido en un mecanismo de gran ayuda para
periodistas que siguen al deporte ecuatoriano y que logran trabajar en ello, ya sea como un
medio dependiente o independiente mediante sus propias redes sociales, creando canales de
difusión con nombres apropiados y con esto llevar a cabo sus propios segmentos.
¿Qué transmite una mujer periodista en el deporte ecuatoriano dentro de las Redes Sociales?
(Catuto, 2018), menciona que, al contar con una gran cantidad de espectadores hace que las
personas estén muy al pendiente de todo el contenido que se produce utilizando diferentes
medios y plataformas digitales, como Instagram, YouTube y TikTok.
Las posibles temáticas que se pueden abordar dentro del campo deportivo ecuatoriano son
demasiado amplias por lo que el análisis de contenido va a ser la parte fundamental para dar
a conocer cuáles son los temas más tratados dentro del periodismo deportivo femenino y al
mismo tiempo conocer las nuevas perspectivas de las mujeres dentro de este ámbito. Al
hallarnos en el seno de una sociedad machista, las mujeres han ido demostrando la capacidad
que poseen y a la vez rompen barreras para luchar por la igualdad de género.
The main purpose of this work is to make known what are the arguments that a woman is generating within sports journalism and analyze what kind of message she sends to her audience, whether positive or negative, so that it can be observed what is the contribution she gives to society in different sports disciplines through platforms that are adapted to our times. Social networks have been evolving over the days, thus proving to be also a credible source for much of society, which is why, being also easy to use platforms, they have become a mechanism of great help for journalists who follow the Ecuadorian sport and who manage to work, either as a dependent or independent media through their own social networks, and creating broadcast channels with appropriate names and thus carry out their own segments. What does a woman journalist transmit in Ecuadorian sports within Social Networks (Catuto, 2018), mentions that, having a large number of viewers makes people be very aware of all the content that is produced using different media and digital platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The possible topics that can be addressed within the Ecuadorian sports field are too broad, so the content analysis will be the fundamental part to show which are the most discussed topics within women's sports journalism and at the same time to know the new perspectives of women within this field. Being in the heart of a male chauvinist society, women have been demonstrating the capacity they have and at the same time breaking barriers to fight for gender equality.
