Propuesta para la creación de un recetario adecuado para niños con diabetes

Abstract
Se realizó una recopilación acerca de los temas más relevantes relacionados con el problema de la diabetes en niños entre 3 y 12 años para poder establecer los requerimientos alimenticios de los menores, así también como sus problemas. Se determinó la causa raíz de los inconvenientes que se presentan en los niños con diabetes, de acuerdo a información bibliográfica relevante. En el proceso de investigación se estableció investigar a profesionales involucrados, a un caso de estudio y una persona que vive con este inconveniente de salud mediante entrevista, gracias a los instrumentos aplicados, se pudo conocer que el factor psicológico es muy importante en el ámbito de la diabetes; lo más decisivo es la primera reacción de los padres al saber que sus hijos fueron diagnosticados con diabetes, influyendo mucho en el niño haciéndolo sentir aceptado o rechazado. En la propuesta se desarrolló un recetario tomando en cuenta las recomendaciones de los profesionales, las preferencias y gustos de los pacientes que tienen este inconveniente estableciendo una alimentación apropiada, tomando en cuenta los ingredientes y métodos de cocción.
A compilation was made about the most relevant issues related to the problem of diabetes in children between 3 and 12 years old in order to establish the nutritional requirements of minors, as well as their problems. The root cause of the inconveniences that occur in children with diabetes was determined, according to relevant bibliographic information. In the research process, it was established to investigate professionals involved, a case study and a person living with this health problem through an interview, thanks to the applied instruments, it was possible to know that the psychological factor is very important in the field of diabetes and the most important thing is the first reaction of parents when knowing that their children were diagnosed with diabetes, influencing a lot in the child making him feel accepted or rejected. In the proposal, a recipe book was developed taking into account the recommendations of professionals, the preferences and tastes of patients who have this problem, establishing an appropriate diet, taking into account the ingredients and cooking methods.
