Abstract
En el ámbito de la jurisprudencia, la tecnología desempeña un papel crucial al contribuir a la gestión y automatización de procesos legales, generando resultados más óptimos y eficaces, y permitiendo un manejo preciso de la información. A pesar de que el bufete de abogados Soria y Zabala se especializa en asuntos jurídicos y judiciales, actualmente su gestión se realiza de manera manual. Los casos se documentan en archivadores físicos, lo que expone a riesgos de pérdida de datos y daños, y limita el acceso a horarios y ubicaciones específicas. En respuesta a estas restricciones, el bufete busca modernizar sus operaciones mediante la automatización y gestión de procesos legales. El objetivo primordial de este proyecto es desarrollar un sistema web que gestione los procesos jurídicos y judiciales del bufete utilizando el framework CodeIgniter, incluyendo la gestión de casos, agendamiento de citas, notificaciones, entre otras funcionalidades. La información recopilada a través de entrevistas y observaciones a los miembros del bufete servirá como base para el desarrollo del sistema web bajo la metodología XP. Se llevarán a cabo pruebas funcionales para garantizar su funcionamiento adecuado. El resultado es un producto completo, funcional y de fácil manejo que cumple con los requisitos establecidos por el bufete. En conclusión, se ha logrado comprender los requerimientos a través de entrevistas y observaciones detalladas, lo que ha permitido diseñar un prototipo funcional utilizando la metodología XP. El sistema está en condiciones óptimas y cumple con los requerimientos, gracias al enfoque de trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad. En vista de este análisis, se proponen las siguientes recomendaciones para optimizar el sistema web: • Brindar capacitación detallada al personal para maximizar la eficacia en la gestión. • Garantizar el acceso desde diversos dispositivos con conexión a internet para un uso flexible. • Informar de manera clara a los clientes sobre sus opciones, incluyendo informes y citas. • Ofrecer capacitación específica a los abogados máster y abogados para aprovechar al máximo el sistema. xvi Adicionalmente, se sugiere utilizar WhatsApp para comunicar próximas acciones a clientes y abogados, complementando las notificaciones del sistema. La implementación de estas recomendaciones mejorará la eficiencia y calidad de los servicios legales.

Despite specializing in legal and judicial matters, the law firm Soria & Zabala currently manages its operations manually. Cases are documented using physical files, which exposes them to data loss and damage risks, and limits access to specific schedules and locations. In response to these limitations, the firm aims to modernize its operations through legal process automation and management. The primary goal of this project is to develop a web system that manages the legal and judicial processes of the firm using the CodeIgniter framework, including case management, appointment scheduling, notifications, among other functionalities. The information gathered through interviews and observations with the firm's members will serve as the foundation for developing the web system using the XP methodology. Functional tests will be conducted to ensure proper functioning. The result is a complete, functional, and user-friendly product that meets the firm's established requirements. In conclusion, the requirements have been understood through detailed interviews and observations, which has allowed the design of a functional prototype using the XP methodology. The system is in optimal condition and fulfills the requirements, thanks to a teamwork approach and adaptability. In light of this analysis, the following recommendations are proposed to optimize the web system: • Provide detailed training to the staff to maximize efficiency in management. • Ensure access from various internet-connected devices for flexible use. • Clearly inform clients about their options, including reports and appointments. • Offer specific training to master attorneys and lawyers to make the most of the system. Additionally, using WhatsApp to communicate upcoming actions to clients and lawyers is suggested, complementing the system's notifications. Implementing these recommendations will enhance the efficiency and quality of legal services.
