Abstract
La eficiencia de las empresas en la actualidad depende en la capacidad que estas tienen para llevar a cabo la organización, administración de los datos del modelo del negocio, la información constituye el activo más importante para estas ya que con base a esta la diligencia pueda tomar decisiones que benefician a la organización y a los clientes.
El proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar e implantar un sistema de control y supervisión de los servicios de seguridad mediante geolocalización a través de tecnologías web – móvil para la empresa Delta Seguridad Cía. Ltda. de la cuidad de Ibarra. Los materiales y métodos que se utilizan en el proyecto corresponden a la ingeniería de software tales como, modelo de procesos, diagramas de interacciones y diagrama de base de datos acordes al proceso de la empresa.
Como resultado se ha desarrollado una aplicación web que permite la gestión y control de los servicios de seguridad que la empresa provee a los clientes. Además, una aplicación móvil que facilita el control de rutas y la gestión de la supervisión mediante geolocalización del personal asignado a los clientes de la empresa.
