Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación plantea una solución urbano arquitectónica en torno a un equipamiento educativo-religioso ubicado en el barrio “La Campiña”. De acuerdo a las necesidades espaciales, arquitectónicas y programáticas identificadas en el territorio, con especial atención en la conexión y conjugación del elemento natural con el sistema barrial. La zona de estudio ha sido influenciada por fuertes preexistencias, las mismas han determinado una expansión urbana carente de planificación; evidenciándose en la desvinculación: morfológica, de conectividad, y natural del sector. Principalmente la omisión de un elemento fundamental como lo es la quebrada San Clemente. El equipamiento religioso-educativo estudiado, Iglesia Comunidad de Fe-Ibarra y Unidad Educativa Victoria Bilingual Christian Academy, desarrollan sus actividades en el mismo espacio físico. El equipamiento ha sido determinante para el crecimiento urbano del sector, posee un carácter social de gran influencia a nivel barrial y urbano, de la misma manera en el campo educativo-religioso es un foco de influencia para la ciudad Ibarra, siendo instituciones que evidencian una demanda progresiva y permanente de las comunidades religiosas y educativas respectivamente. Frente a este escenario se presenta la necesidad de generar un proyecto urbano-arquitectónico de carácter integral, el cual nos permitirá entender el impacto de un equipamiento en el territorio donde se lo implanta, y la forma en que las soluciones de un elemento arquitectónico derivan en soluciones urbanísticas para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes del sector donde cohabitan, sin dejar de lado al elemento natural. El objetivo es potenciar cada uno de los enfoques con un desarrollo urbano-arquitectónico integral. El objeto del trabajo de investigación es generar una solución unificada, para el barrio y el equipamiento estudiados; mismos que buscan mantener el desarrollo y la expansión ordenada, presente por la demanda de la población, integrando: el barrio, el elemento natural y el equipamiento. Generando así una respuesta dialógica social-territorial, donde cada uno de estos enfoques es atendido para resaltar y equilibrar su importancia en el sector y equipamiento de estudio.
The present research looks to solve the problems of an educational-religious equipment regarding its own spatial, architectural and programmatic needs; without overseeing the urban needs of connection and integration of the natural element in a neighborhood structure. Centered in the urban-residential neighborhood La Campiña”, territory which evidences a morphologic and connectivity disassociation against the general urban system of Ibarra City. At the investigation site where the pre-existences have determined a growth in its territorial consolidation lacking planification, they have ignored essential elements as it is the San Clemente ́s brook, natural element of great importance for the site, being the border, which isolates from the urban compound.In the neighborhood exists an equipment which influence was determinant for the neighborhood development, the religious and educational institutions respectively: Comunidad de Fe-Ibarra church and the Educational Unit Victoria Bilingual Christian Academy, establishments that develop their activities in the same physical space, which social character has influence at hood level but also urban level. Equipment that generated the interest of the citizenship to expand the urbanization towards La Campiña ́s” neighborhood, in a parallel way regarding the educational-religious field has been the determinant focal point for Ibarra city, reason for the active communities present a constant and progressive demand to this establishment.Against this matter appears the need to generate an urban-architectonic project with an integral character, the same which takes us to understand how a social equipment impacts the territory where it ́s implanted and how the solutions of an architectural element led to urbanistic solutions to improve the quality of the living standards for the habitants of the sector where they cohabitate, without living aside de great importance of the natural element. Searching to boost each one of the approaches with an integral urban architectonic developmentThe object of this investigation effort is to generate an unifier solution for the neighborhood and the studied equipment, which are looking to maintain the organized development and expansion that came up from the demand of the population, integrating: the neighborhood, the natural element and the equipment; producing an dialogic social and territorial answer for the matter where each one of this approaches is attended to stand out and balance the importance in the sector and the studied equipment.
