Diseño de una alameda y centro turístico en el sector el terminal de la ciudad de Ibarra, Ecuador

Abstract

El trabajo de titulación se basa en diseñar una alameda y un centro turístico enfocado a rehabilitar el espacio urbano existente y promover el turismo de la ciudad, logrando unificar las infraestructuras actuales mediante áreas verdes caminables y un equipamiento que sirve como un punto de recibimiento y esparcimiento para los moradores del sector y turistas. El diseño incluye espacios caminables, mobiliario adecuado para el sector y una gran cantidad de arborización como de áreas verdes. En el equipamiento cuenta con espacios privados y públicos que fortalecen a su funcionamiento entre los diferentes bloques como el administrativo, restaurante, turístico y alojamiento, diseñados para fomentar la interacción social y el intercambio cultural. The degree work is based on designing a mall and a tourist center focused on rehabilitating the existing urban space and promoting the city's tourism, managing to unify the current infrastructure through walkable green areas and equipment that serves as a reception and recreation point. for residents of the sector and tourists. The design includes walkable spaces, furniture appropriate for the sector and a large amount of trees and green areas. The facility has private and public spaces that strengthen its operation between the different blocks such as the administrative, restaurant, tourist and accommodation, designed to promote social interaction and cultural exchange.
