Abstract
Este documento fue realizado para evidenciar el desarrollo, implantación e implementación de un sistema web-móvil reclutamiento y selección de personal especializado bajo el esquema headhunting para la empresa de desarrollo de software Partners Group, el cual se realizó bajo las herramientas Open Source y bajo la metodología XP, acortando el tiempo de los procesos de contratación y garantizando que el personal contratado cumpla con la mayoría de requerimientos planteados para cada cargo. A la vez, aumentando considerablemente el estado productivo del personal de talento humano, los procesos manejados manualmente por dicho personal serán tratados por el sistema, optimizando tiempo para realizar otras actividades correspondientes a sus funciones dentro de la empresa Partners Group, así también, los usuarios serán conocedores de que es un proceso transparente y de méritos por el cual todos tendrán los mismos derechos de elegibilidad, garantizando el derecho de elegir y ser elegidos. Finalizado el proyecto, se obtuvo como resultado un ahorro significativo en tiempo invertido gracias a la automatización de procesos manuales para realizar la contratación de personal dentro de la empresa Partners Group.
