Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado surge debido a la necesidad de la empresa IMSICASA de contar con un sistema que permita la búsqueda de los servicios generales, tales como plomería, electricidad entre otros, que los proveedores del servicio ofrecen. El creciente uso de las tecnologías en los ámbitos laborales hace que la inclusión de dichas tecnologías se convierta en una prioridad para el crecimiento de cualquier empresa, es por lo que se plantea la creación de una aplicación móvil para los dos sistemas operativos más utilizados en el mercado, Android y iOS. La plataforma Xamarin permite la creación de una aplicación para los dos sistemas operativos, este utiliza los lenguajes de C# y. NET y permite generar aplicaciones similares a las nativas, por lo que se utilizó en este trabajo de grado para poder desarrollar la aplicación móvil. El uso de Amazon Web Services permite el alojamiento de servidores de bases de datos que facilitan su acceso desde cualquier parte del mundo por lo que, en este trabajo de grado, se utilizó una instancia de Relational Database Services con SQL Server. Se aplicó la metodología de Programación eXtrema en conjunto con historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y requerimientos no funcionales. Una vez culminado el desarrollo del sistema, se obtuvo una aplicación que permite consultar un servicio específico, obteniendo como respuesta, los proveedores de ese servicio ordenado por proximidad geográfica, verificando el funcionamiento correcto de la aplicación y su puesta en producción en la empresa IMSICASA.
This degree work is created with the need of the IMSICASA company to provide an interface that allows the search for the services that its providers offer. The increasing use of technologies in the workplace makes the inclusion of these technologies a priority for the growth of any company, which is why the creation of a mobile application for the two most used operating systems in the market is proposed, Android and iOS. The Xamarin platform allows the creation of an application for both operating systems, it uses the C# and .NET languages, and allows the generation of applications like the native ones, so it was used in this degree project to develop the mobile application. The use of Amazon Web Services allows the hosting of database servers that allow access from anywhere in the world, for which reason an instance of Relational Database Services with SQL Server was used in this degree project. The XP methodology is applied in conjunction with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and functional requirements, to take requirements and design the application, once the development is completed, the analysis of results and discussion are presented, with the presentation of the conclusions and recommendations for the correct handling of the application and its implementation in the IMSICASA company.
