Abstract
El trabajo de integración curricular se realiza en el cantón Cotacachi, dentro de la comunidad de “El Cercado” que pertenece a la zona andina de la ciudad. La investigación se da por el deterioro y los escases de espacio en la actual Unidad Educativa del sector, lo que obliga a los habitantes de la comunidad a salir de la misma, en busca de un mejor desarrollo educativo. Actualmente, el sistema educativo en el país está controlado por varias instituciones reguladoras. La educación básica es administrada por el Ministerio de Economía e Inclusión Social (MIES), y la educación básica por el Ministerio de Educación. Para incrementar el nivel de educación, se implementó el diseño de la unidad de educativa intercultural bilingüe “El Cercado”. Guiada a través de una metodología en la cual se define un problema, luego se tiene una revisión contextual que ayuda a tener un mejor enfoque sobre el sitio, un análisis de referentes que van aportar en los aspectos funcionales, formales y técnicos, análisis de la normativa que ayudará estableciendo los parámetros necesarios a la hora del diseño. Finalmente se da una propuesta arquitectónica que será el resultado de toda la investigación.
The curricular integration work is carried out in the city of Cotacachi, in the community of El Cercado, which belongs to the Andean zone of the city. The research is given by the deterioration and shortage of space in the current Educational Unit of the sector, which forces the inhabitan ts of the community to leave the same, in search of a better educational development. Currently, the country's educational system is controlled by different regulatory entities. Initial education is guided by the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion ( MIES) and basic and high school education is guided by the Ministry of Education. In order to improve education in the sector, the design of the Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit El Cercado was implemented. Guided through a methodology in which a problem is defined, then there is a contextual review that helps to have a better approach to the site, an analysis of references that will contribute in the functional, formal and technical aspects, analysis of the regulations that will help establishing the necessary parameters at the time of design. Finally, an architectural proposal that will be the result of all the research is given.
