Propuesta para la implementación de actividades de glamping en la hacienda La Paz en la parroquia de Huaquer en el cantón Montúfar provincia del Carchi

Abstract
En los últimos años, alrededor del mundo se han originado diversas formas de alojamiento en vista de los nuevos requerimientos de un mercado que busca un mayor contacto con la naturaleza, sin dejar de lado la comodidad y el glamour. Es así que surge el glamping como una modalidad que cumple con dichos elementos y que se ha posicionado en el mercado hotelero, pues la diversidad y creatividad en sus estructuras han captado la atención de turistas y emprendedores. En Ecuador existen establecimientos que han decidido apostar por esta tendencia, pero sin tener una visión clara de lo que implica este tipo de infraestructura. Por tal motivo, se ha decidido investigar al glamping como alternativa de alojamiento en la hacienda La Paz en la Parroquia de Huaquer Provincia del Carchi, con el fin de atraer la visita de turistas que busquen hospedarse en un lugar caracterizado por el lujo y en donde puedan apreciar el entorno natural. Luego de realizar un trabajo de campo en la zona, se determinó que el lugar cuenta con espacios adecuados para la actividad, atractivos turísticos naturales, materiales, herramientas e interés por parte del dueño de la Hacienda. De igual manera, posterior a la realización de encuestas a turistas, tanto nacionales como extranjeros, se llegó a proponer la implementación y construcción de tres tipos de glamping: eco domos, casas del árbol y cabañas alpinas; las que van acorde con el entorno natural del lugar y que mantienen la identidad cultural de sus pobladores, permitiendo que los huéspedes sean parte de las actividades diarias de la hacienda La Paz.
In recent years, various forms of accommodation have originated around the world in view of the new requirements of a market that seeks greater contact with nature, without neglecting comfort and glamor. Thus, glamping emerges as a modality that complies with these elements and that has positioned itself in the hotel market, since diversity and creativity in its structures have captured the attention of tourists and entrepreneurs. In Ecuador there are establishments that have decided to bet on this trend, but without having a clear vision of what this type of infrastructure implies. For this reason, it has been decided to investigate glamping as an alternative accommodation at the La Paz” farm in the Parish of Huaquer Carchi Province, in order to attract the visit of tourists looking to stay in a place characterized by luxury and where they can appreciate the natural environment. After carrying out a field work in the area, it was determined that it has relevant aspects such as adequate spaces, tourist attractions, materials, tools and interest from the owner of the Treasury. Similarly, after conducting surveys of tourists, both domestic and foreign, it was proposed to implement and build three types of glamping: eco domes, tree houses and alpine huts; those that are consistent with the natural environment of the place and that maintain the cultural identity of its inhabitants, allowing guests to be part of the daily activities of the La Paz farm.
