Abstract
La microempresa lechera “San José”, ubicada en la comuna Zuleta, está a 20 kilómetros de la ciudad de Ibarra, provincia de Imbabura. Dicho paraje se destaca por ser una localidad pujante brindando a propios y extraños los coloridos paisajes, notables bordados, zonas de recargas hídricas con singularidad geográfica, además sus tradicionales fiestas en honor a San juan y el Inti Raymi. Así también uno de los entes más poderdantes en Zuleta son sus tierras productivas y fértiles idóneas para los cultivos de ciclo corto y la práctica de la ganadería lechera a pequeña escala. El enfoque que siempre se ha manejado es la innovación y la mejora aunque en sus primeros años tuvo muchas repercusiones, por ser un negocio familiar. De esta manera su desarrollo entorno a la producción fue creciendo ya que en primera instancia se manejaba el ganado criollo, en la actualidad en su totalidad todos los bovinos son genética mejorada entre Holstein y F1. El administrador siempre considero que se debía realizar un estudio, por tal razón se realizó un levantamiento de información para conocer la situación actual e indagar las falencias que posee para corregirlas y mejorarlas. Por tal razón se vio en la necesidad de crear un plan estratégico, el cual se propone a continuación con las diferentes estrategias en cuanto a procesos administrativos, considerando que en el largo plazo será de vital importancia para mejorar su productividad y competitividad.
The 'San José' dairy microenterprise, located in the municipality of Zuleta, 20 kilometers from the city of Ibarra, province of Imbabura. This place stands out for being a thriving locality offering to the locals and strangers the colorful landscapes, remarkable embroideries, areas of water recharges with geographical singularity, in addition to their traditional festivities in honor of San Juan and the Inti Raymi. So also one of the most powerful entities in Zuleta are their productive and fertile lands suitable for short-cycle crops and the practice of small-scale dairy farming. The approach that has always been handled is innovation and improvement although in its early years it had many repercussions, as it is a family business. In this way, its development around the production was growing as in the first instance the Creole cattle were managed, at present in its totality all the bovines are improved genetics between Holstein and F1. The administrator always considered that a study should be carried out for this reason, an information survey was made to know the current situation and to investigate the deficiencies that it has to correct and improve them. For this reason, it was necessary to create a strategic plan, which is proposed below with the different strategies in terms of administrative processes, considering that in the long term it will be of vital importance to improve its productivity and competitiveness.
