Abstract
El presente proyecto parte de la falta de conocimiento acerca de los beneficios que brinda la tecnología móvil a diferentes tipos de negocios, en este caso el estudio y desarrollo está orientado a los restaurantes de la ciudad de Ibarra, con la finalidad de mejorar sus procesos y forma de gestión mediante el uso de sistemas informáticos y nuevas tecnologías, existen proyectos similares que brindan información sobre esta línea investigativa, por lo que, sirve para contrastar el presente proyecto. El desarrollo del proyecto está enmarcado en la necesidad de brindar un repositorio digital donde los restaurantes brindan información sobre sus productos y servicios a varios usuarios a través de la utilización de aplicaciones móviles, y que les permita desarrollar una gestión organizada, planificada y segura de los procesos de solicitud a domicilio, reservación y cancelación previa. Lo cual, mediante el uso de información bibliográfica, referenciando a proyecto similares y métodos de recolección de información, se logró definir los procesos que la aplicación móvil deberá cumplir, para su posterior verificación en cuanto a funcionalidad y eficacia. El avance tecnológico ha sido una gran ventaja para varios tipos de negocio, sin embargo, el desarrollo y uso puede ser cuestionado por uso de tecnología costosa, poco confiable y pérdida de tiempo en cuanto a instalación de las mismas, es por eso que por medio de la investigación aplicada, se puede recolectar información para el análisis de la opinión de varias personas dueñas de estos establecimientos a tal modo que la misma pueda servir para el desarrollo una herramienta que cumpla con las expectativas de las personas y se aproveche las ventajas que las tecnologías móviles brindan. Finalmente, se obtuvo como resultado final el desarrollo de un sistema que integra nuevas tecnologías de desarrollo que permite mantener la seguridad en la base de datos y brindarle al usuario un entorno amigable y de fácil uso, agilizando los procesos de reservación de mesas y pedidos a domicilio.

The development of the project is framed in the need to provide a digital repository where restaurants provide information about their products and services to various users through the use of mobile applications, and what allows them to develop organized, planned and secure management of application processes at home, reservation and prior cancellation. Which, through the use of bibliographic information, referencing a similar project and information collection methods, can define the processes that the mobile application must comply with, for subsequent verification in terms of functionality and effectiveness. Technological advancement has been a great advantage for various types of businesses, however, the development and use can be questioned by the use of expensive, unreliable technology and waste of time in terms of their installation, that is why Through applied research, information can be collected for the analysis of the opinion of various people due to these devices so that it can serve to develop a tool that meets people's expectations and takes advantage of the advantages that mobile technologies provide. Finally, the final result will be the development of a system that integrates new development technologies that allows maintaining security in the database and providing the user with a friendly and user-friendly environment, streamlining the process of booking tables and orders to home.
