Abstract
The dual focused education model seeks to make teaching and learning more flexible in its own working environment, which makes it possible for higher institutes to offer technical and technological careers as alternatives to responsible learning. In this way, it contributes to the development of different abilities and professional competences of the students when generating different activities of inclusion within the labor institution. The proposal aims to demonstrate that studies under the dual education modality should be carried out with discipline and participate in different curricula that contribute in a cooperative way to the specialization and innovation in the areas that need an improvement of the through the experience. It is important to note that the geographical location of Higher Education Institutions shows
a level of development associated with the industrial, service and production sectors. In this sense, the Juan Bautista Aguirre Higher Technological Institute, located in the Daule canton of the Guayas Province, focuses its investigations on the careers: Techniques in Public Safety and, Penitentiary Security Technician, with which, the objective general of the study focuses on analyzing the approach of academic training of the students of the institute under study.

El modelo de educación dual focalizada busca la flexibilización de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje en su propio ambiente laboral, con lo cual, facilita que los Institutos Superiores oferten carreras técnicas y tecnológicas como alternativas de aprendizaje responsable. De esta manera, se contribuye al desarrollo de diferentes habilidades y competencias profesionales propias de los estudiantes al generarse diferentes actividades de inclusión dentro de la institución laboral.
La propuesta se orienta a demostrar que los estudios bajo la modalidad de educación dual deben ser realizados con disciplina y participar en diversos planes de estudios que aporten de manera cooperada a la especialización e innovación en las áreas que necesiten una mejora de la a través de la experiencia.
Es importante señalar, que la ubicación geográfica de las Instituciones de Educación Superior muestran un nivel de desarrollo asociado a los sectores: industriales, de servicios y de producción. En este sentido, el Instituto Tecnológico Superior Juan Bautista Aguirre, ubicado en el cantón Daule de la Provincia del Guayas, centra sus investigaciones en las carreras: Técnicas en Seguridad Ciudadana - Orden Público y, Técnico en Seguridad Penitenciaria, con lo cual, el objetivo general del estudio se centra en analizar el enfoque de formación académico de los estudiantes del instituto objeto de estudio.
