Abstract
La decisión de propuesta de implementar “Actividades de Agroturismo” en la finca Casa del Río, pretende vincular directamente al turismo con la agricultura, en donde el turista experimente vivencialmente el agroturismo y las actividades en conjunto con la naturaleza, que busca promover una mayor conexión y armonía con los turistas. A fin de poner en funcionamiento esta propuesta es necesario aplicar un estudio de campo sobre el tema principal de la propuesta, que es el agroturismo, de eso se desprende la importancia de cada actividad en nuestro ecosistema. Este estudio propone analizar y desarrollar estrategias para el potencial de las actividades agrícolas locales, promoviendo la valoración de la agricultura y el respeto al medio ambiente, con beneficios económicos para la comunidad. La metodología llevada a cabo parte de dos enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo, con una investigación mixta; de tres métodos de investigación inductivo, analítico y deductivo; además se utilizó tres técnicas de investigación: la observación de campo, entrevistas y encuestas. Se aplicó en la población activa de la ciudad Ibarra, representando el 48% de la provincia de Imbabura en la que se utilizó esta población para identificar el perfil del turista en la que se utilizó la herramienta Formulario Google. Además, se evaluaron las condiciones de la finca en colaboración con el propietario de la finca. En los resultados se obtuvo información pertinente acerca de la situación actual de la finca que alberga las actividades y servicios, además del motivo por el cual los turistas visitan la comunidad. De tal forma se estableció, estrategias para fortalecer el turismo agrícola, concluyendo que el agroturismo en la comunidad El Cristal, irá desarrollándose y fortaleciéndose con el tiempo.

It was applied to the active population of Barra, representing 48% of the province of Imbabura in which this population was used to identify the profile of the tourist in which the Google Form tool was used. In addition, the conditions of the farm were evaluated in collaboration with the farm owner The results obtained pertinent information about the current situation of the farm that houses the activities and services, in addition to the reason why tourists visit the community. In this way, strategies were established to strengthen agricultural tourism, concluding that agrotourism in the Cristal community will develop and strengthen over time.
