Abstract
El proyecto denominado “Diseño de un mercado minorista para la zona suroccidental de la ciudad de Ibarra” plantea una indagación previa para lograr identificar factores que conduzcan a la proyección del mercado con infraestructura idónea, que permita a cada uno de los usuarios adquirir productos de ma nera confortable, segura e higiénica. Del mismo modo, brindar a los comerciantes un espacio de trabajo en el cual puedan desenvolver las diferentes actividades comerciales de acuerdo al tipo de producto que oferten, ya sea perecible y no perecible. La conceptualización de la propuesta arquitectónica pretende establecer rasgos similares con un centro comercial. La resolución expuesta no simplemente aborda a los actores principales o las tareas de comercio que se originan, sino también proveer a la urbe de un equipamiento comercial cooperando al crecimiento en zonas de desarrollo urbano.
The project called Design of a retail market for the southwestern area of the city of Ibarra proposes a preliminary investigation to identify factors that lead to the projection of the market with suitable in frastructure, which allows each of the users to acquire products in a comfortable, safe and hygienic.
