Abstract
El presente estudio presenta un análisis de la clasificación de los signos distintivos contenida en el marco normativo andino, representado por la Decisión Andina 486, Régimen Común de Propiedad Industrial, complementado con un enfoque doctrinario y jurisprudencial del tema.
The present study presents an analysis of the classification of distinctive signs contained in the supra national legal framework, represented mainly by Andean Decision 486, Common Regime of Industrial Property, complemented with a doctrinal and jurisprudential approach of the subject.
