Abstract
La propuesta del proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el cantón de San Pedro de Huaca de la Provincia del Carchi; como requerimiento de una nueva edificación para la alcaldía, ya que el inmueble actual no cumple con normas de espacios confortables y arquitectónicos de tipo administrativo para brindar un buen servicio, en cuanto a la gestión administrativa pública y los servicios que la alcaldía municipal ofrece a los usuarios. Según la necesidad que se presenta, se plantea una alternativa en implantar un edificio administrativo que satisfaga con la necesidad y demanda de los ciudadanos del Cantón de San pedro de Huaca. El trabajo de titulación sobre el Diseño Arquitectónico del Edificio Administrativo para la Alcaldía San Pedro de Huaca, está bajo la línea de investigación planificación ur bana arquitectónica para territorios en desarrollo; el cual tiene como objetivo principal brindar un centro administrativo que responda a las necesidades de la población y realice sus actividades de gestión. De igual forma se desarrolla como un elemento arquitectónico que permita satisfacer las actividades administrativas que demanda la zona y la generación de un punto de encuentro entre los pobladores de la misma, donde, la transmisión de ideas y la expresión de su identidad cultural, sean las protagonistas. En este proyecto arquitectónico se hace necesario tomar en cuenta el actual para digma del covid-19, que plantea una evolución en el diseño de los espacios de oficina o en espacios de trabajo alternativos y la arquitectura debe dar una respuesta eficiente debido a que esta principal mente dirigido a la atención ciudadana, así como también la seguridad del espacio público, especial mente las que son muy frecuentadas, la arquitectura se enfrenta al reto de diseñarlos con el fin de que cumplan con las máximas condiciones higiénico y sanitarias que eviten la posible propagación de futuras epidemias. Al ejecutar la arquitectura del edificio va dar respuesta a la problemática que presenta el actual edificio de la alcaldía, mejorando sus espacios de trabajo, sistema de relaciones y áreas de atención al público, donde la configuración espacial del edificio administrativo puede ani mar o desalentar las interacciones sociales de los que harán uso de la entidad. La relación de la idea central del diseño, estará enfocada en una solución arquitectónica, estructural y con el entorno urbano del cantón, proponiendo un diseño innovador y que se relacione con el paisaje urbano, empleando conceptos de sustentabilidad y principios bioclimáticos en la generación de espacios saludables, confortables, eficientes y productivos.
The project proposal is located in the canton of San Pedro de Huaca of the Province of Carchi; as a requirement of a new building for the mayor's office, since the current property does not comply with standards of comfortable and architectural spaces of an administrative nature to provide a good service, in terms of public administrative management and the services that the municipal mayor's office offers to the users. According to the need that arises, an alternative is proposed to implement an administrative building that meets the need and demand of the citizens of the Canton of San Pedro de Huaca. The degree work on the Architectural Design of the Administrative Building for the San Pedro de Huaca Mayor's Office is under the line of research on architectural urban planning for developing territories; whose main objective is to provide an administrative center that responds to the needs of the population and carries out its management activities. Similarly, it is developed as an architectural element that allows satisfying the administrative activities demanded by the area and the generation of a meeting point between the inhabitants of the same, where, the transmission of ideas and the expression of their cultural identity, be the protagonists. In this architectural project it is necessary to take into account the current paradigm of covid-19, which proposes an evolution in the design of office spaces or alternative work spaces and architecture must give an efficient response due to which is mainly aimed at citizen care, as well as the security of public spaces, especially those that are very frequent, architecture faces the challenge of designing them in order to comply with the maximum hygienic and sanitary conditions that prevent the possible spread of future epidemics. By executing the architecture of the building, it will respond to the problems presented by the current mayor-day building, improving its workspaces, relationship system and customer service areas, where the spatial configuration of the administrative building can encourage or discourage the social interactions of those who will use the entity. The relationship of the central idea of the design will be focused on an architectural, structural solution and with the urban environment of the canton, proposing an innovative design that is related to the urban landscape, using concepts of sustainability and bioclimatic principles in the generation of healthy, comfortable, efficient and productive spaces.
