Abstract
Esta investigación parte de la necesidad de eliminar o, por lo menos, atenuar o disminuir los elevados niveles de inseguridad existente en el área de la movilidad humana en transportes de taxi, mediante la utilización de un sistema ágil y sistemático de monitoreo, de la ubicación de las unidades de transporte, en tiempo real, optimizando o superando en eficacia los actuales sistemas de geoposicionamiento global o GPS del que disponen ahora. Se utiliza una aplicación Web, mediante satélites GPS, con receptores MGUE, API Rest, además del establecimiento de geocercas. Se ofrece el valor agregado o plus de presentar a las unidades en una pantalla grande, durante las 24 horas del día, que será grabado en un vídeo permanente, además de contar con un botón de pánico y la conexión directa con el administrador que, en este caso, es la Central de Radio Taxi “Ibarra” Este trabajo cuenta con tres capítulos. El capítulo uno, sustenta toda la teoría relacionada con las herramientas de desarrollo, una de las cuales es el dispositivo GPS, necesaria para una mejor comprensión y posterior desarrollo de la misma en donde además se describe la situación de la de la inseguridad de la organización. En el capítulo dos se expone, el proceso de desarrollo del sistema con la metodología, técnicas e instrumentos donde se puede observar la funcionabilidad para la creación del sistema. El, capítulo III, presenta análisis de resultados, generados tras la ejecución del sistema y, finalmente, en el último apartado de la investigación se localizan observaciones, conclusiones y posibles recomendaciones encontradas tras un análisis minucioso de todo el funcionamiento del sistema.
This researchis based on the need to eliminate or at least mitigate or reduce the high levels of insecurity existing in the area of human mobility in taxi transport, through the use of an agile and systematic monitoring system, of the location of transport units, in real time, optimizing or surpassing in efficiency the current global geopositioning systems or GPS that they have now. A Web application is used, using GPS satellites, with MGUE receivers, REST API, in addition to the establishment of geofences. It offers the added value or plus of presenting the units on a large screen, 24 hours a day, which will be recorded in a permanent video, in addition to having a panic button and the direct connection with the administrator that, in this case, is the Radio Taxi Central Ibarra This work has three chapters.
