Abstract
El presente plan de trabajo ha sido desarrollado para Longevity, un emprendimiento originario de la ciudad de Ibarra. Lo que se desea realizar con esta investigación aplicada es la creación de un sistema experto recomendador de rutinas de ejercicio destinadas a personas en un rango de edad de 50 a 60 años con problemas de lumbares y obesidad. Dichas rutinas dependen de los factores del usuario y de su interés al realizar las diferentes categorías de ejercicio como movilidad o flexibilidad, fuerza, resistencia. Para esto, se generó la base de conocimiento gracias a la ayuda de los entrenadores expertos, dedicados al cuidado del adulto, de Longevity con el objetivo de ayudar a las personas a tener un estilo de vida más saludable mediante los ejercicios físicos de acuerdo con las capacidades de los distintos usuarios. Los usuarios tendrían acceso a este servicio mediante el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil con Flutter. Para llevar a cabo lo antes mencionado, se utilizó la metodología de desarrollo ágil Scrum; ya que facilita la realineación de los objetivos con el sistema en cualquier circunstancia. Las herramientas de desarrollo para implementar el sistema experto fueron Flutter y Supabase; para poder tomas las peticiones realizadas se optó por la tecnología FETCH. Cómo se mencionó anteriormente, se utilizó el SDK de Flutter ya que permite el desarrollo multiplataforma. Para administrar los ejercicios y los usuarios de este plan de titulación se optó por hacer una página web que utilice Flutter ya que permite generar código estándar para aplicaciones móviles y web.
The present work plan has been developed for Longevity, an entrepreneurship originating from the city of Ibarra. The aim of this applied research is to create an expert system that recommends exercise routines for individuals in the age range of 50 to 60 years with lumbar problems and obesity. These routines depend on the user's factors and their interest in various exercise categories such as mobility or flexibility, strength, and endurance. To accomplish this, the knowledge base was generated with the assistance of expert trainers dedicated to adult care at Longevity, with the goal of helping individuals lead a healthier lifestyle through physical exercises tailored to the capabilities of different users. Users would have access to this service through the development of a mobile application using Flutter. To carry out the aforementioned tasks, the Scrum agile development methodology was employed as it facilitates realignment of objectives with the system under any circumstances. The development tools used to implement the expert system were Flutter and Supabase, while FETCH technology was chosen to handle user requests. As mentioned earlier, the Flutter SDK was used because it allows for cross-platform development. To manage the exercises and users for this graduation project, a website using Flutter was created, which generates standard code for both mobile and web applications
