Abstract
El presente proyecto se desarrolló para la compañía de seguridad y confiabilidad C.E.S.E.P ubicada en San Antonio, provincia de Imbabura, Ecuador. Esta compañía presta sus servicios de seguridad privada a diferentes empresas del país y se caracteriza por poseer un bajo nivel de infraestructura tecnológica tanto en hardware, como en software, por lo cual uno de sus principales problemas es la gestión y control del personal operativo (guardias de seguridad y supervisores) lo que ocasiona diferentes inconvenientes internos y en especial con los clientes. El objetivo de este trabajo consistió en desarrollar dos aplicaciones tecnológicas, una aplicación web y una aplicación móvil para optimizar y mejorar los procesos de gestión y control del personal operativo de la compañía mencionada, permitiendo la visualización y almacenamiento de la información en tiempo real, con la finalidad de que en caso de que exista alguna irregularidad se puedan tomar decisiones inmediatas. Para el desarrollo de estas aplicaciones se utilizaron las técnicas de investigación de la observación y la entrevista para establecer los requerimientos necesarios. Para el desarrollo de software se trabajó con la metodología ágil Extreme Programming (XP). Se utilizó una base de datos relacional, el framework CodeIgniter 4; para la aplicación móvil se utilizó Flutter y el lenguaje de programación Dart. Las aplicaciones web y móvil implementadas responden a propuestas seguras, escalables, de mantenimientos sencillos y que permiten realizar respaldos de la información cada cierto tiempo, lo que permitió resolver el problema de investigación y sumar beneficios a la empresa, respecto a la competencia.
This project was developed for the security and reliability company C.E.S.E.P located in San Antonio, province of Imbabura, Ecuador. This company provides its private security services to different companies in the country and is characterized by having a low level of technological infrastructure both in hardware and software, for which one of its main problems is the management and control of operational personnel (guards security and supervisors) which causes different internal inconveniences and especially with customers. The objective of this work was to develop two technological applications, a web application and a mobile application to optimize and improve the management and control processes of the operating personnel of the aforementioned company, allowing the visualization and storage of information in real time. The purpose is that in the event of any irregularity, immediate decisions can be made. For the development of these applications, observation and interview research techniques were used to establish the necessary requirements. For software development, we worked with the agile Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. A relational database was used, the CodeIgniter 4 framework; For the mobile application, Flutter and the Dart programming language were used. The implemented web and mobile applications respond to secure, scalable, easy-to maintain proposals that allow information to be backed up from time to time, which allowed solving the research problem and adding benefits to the company, compared to the competition.
