Abstract
El presente proyecto de fin de carrera denominado “Infraestructura hospitalaria de segundo nivel para la ciudad de Atuntaqui”, busca responder a las necesidades del cantón Antonio Ante, e incremente la capacidad del sistema de salud pública de la provincia de Imbabura, se plantea un estudio y posterior diseño arquitectónico de un Hospital General Docente, que se ubicará en la cabecera cantonal, con el fin de complementar el servicio del Hospital San Vicente de Paul de la ciudad de Ibarra. Este trabajo mostrará una perspectiva diferente en la concepción de la arquitectura hospitalaria, utilizando conceptos científicos de las neurociencias aplicadas a la concepción de espacios confortables y eficientes que ayuden e influyan en la buena recuperación de los pacientes y el desenvolvimiento del personal de salud. El proyecto propone diseñar ambientes terapéuticos logrados mediante la aplicación de conceptos de Neuroarquitectura, con el objetivo de determinar la percepción del espacio y como este influye de manera directa en la recuperación de los pacientes. En una primera etapa se contextualizará el problema abordado desde sus antecedentes y se analizará los diferentes aspectos que abarca las neurociencias. Con la definición puntual de la pregunta de investigación a tratar, se presenta el desarrollo de la metodología, en la cual se inicia con una estructura conceptual de una arquitectura hospitalaria humanizada. Posteriormente el contexto nos permitirá identificar el desarrollo histórico de los equipamientos hospitalarios en el país, a través de la normatividad vigente y de las necesidades mínimas que cada entidad prestadora de servicios de salud debe cumplir para su operación. Con este enfoque teórico y con el fin de mejorar las condiciones del servicio de salud de la provincia de Imbabura, se busca crear un establecimiento hospitalario eficiente a partir de espacios interiores y exteriores, que contribuyan a generar entornos curativos, acordes a la Neuroarquitectura.
The present final degree project called Second level hospital infrastructure for the city of Atuntaqui, seeks to respond to the needs of the Antonio Ante canton, and increase the capacity of the public health system of the province of Imbabura. a study and subsequent architectural design of a General Teaching Hospital, which will be located in the cantonal head, in order to complement the service of the San Vicente de Paul Hospital in the city of Ibarra. This work will show a different perspective in the conception of hospital architecture, using scientific concepts from neurosciences applied to the conception of comfortable and efficient spaces that help and influence the good recovery of patients and the development of hospital personnel. Health. The project proposes to design therapeutic environments achieved through the application of Neuroarchitecture concepts, in order to determine the perception of space and how it directly influences the recovery of patients. In a first stage, the problem addressed from its antecedents will be contextualized and the different aspects covered by neurosciences will be analyzed. With the specific definition of the research question to be treated, the development of the methodology is presented, in which it begins with a conceptual structure of a humanized hospital architecture. Subsequently, the context will allow us to identify the historical development of hospital facilities in the country, through current regulations and the minimum needs that each health service provider entity must meet for its operation. With this theoretical approach and in order to improve the conditions of the health service in the province of Imbabura, the aim is to create an efficient hospital establishment based on interior and exterior spaces, which contribute to generating curative environments, according to the Neuroarchitecture.
