Abstract
El presente trabajo de titulación parte del concepto de vivienda social con un enfoque de sustentabilidad social y económico. Se inicia desde la problemática de la demanda habitacional en la cabecera parroquial de Santa Catalina de Salinas y de la dificultad de acceso para las familias de los primeros quintiles de pobreza, como población vulnerable. Se estudian los derechos de accesibilidad a la vivienda digna, en tres dimensiones: individuo – familia – sociedad. De aquí, se obtienen parámetros para el análisis social y familiar, a fin de, tener bases teóricas para el estudio del contexto social del lugar. El análisis se abordó con la revisión de documentos e investigación en sitio, obteniendo datos sustanciales para el diseño arquitectónico, segregados de acuerdo a cada caso particular y según el contexto social en el que se desarrolla el estudio. Mediante entrevistas, se realizó un acercamiento a las familias del sector en donde se obtuvieron las necesidades y requerimientos espaciales arquitectónicos de los participantes. Mediante el acercamiento con autoridades entendidas en el tema se obtuvo información del proceso de producción de vivienda social a nivel provincial y local. La propuesta arquitectónica se basa en responder las necesidades que se han encontrado dentro de las distintas etnias que conviven en la parroquia. Se genera una propuesta de sustentabilidad social mediante la calidad del espacio, flexibilidad y densificación media dentro de un conjunto residencial que se articula al contexto natural y construido.
This degree work starts from the concept of social housing which has a focus on social sustainability in the medium and long term, starting from the problem of housing demand in the sector and the difficulty of access to it for poor families. It is studied about accessibility rights to decent housing, the importance about this topic in three dimensions: individual – family – society. Through the reviewed of bibliography and on site research was possibility have substantial data for the architectural design like particular case according to the context. This analysis was aborted with the review of documents and investigations in the place, from which was obtained a substantial data for architecture design, segregated according to particular case and also the social context that is developed the work. By means of the interview methodology has been made an approach with local families in which it was obtained information like needs and spatial requirements, though approached with authorities who know about the topic was got information of the production process about social housing in the place and the province. The architectural proposal as a consequence of research is based on answer the needs found in the different ethnic groups living together in this place, by the architect proposal social sustainability whit spatial quality, flexibility and medium densification inside of residential complex that is articulated to the natural and constructed context.
