Abstract
El proyecto a nivel urbano abarca el área del barrio La Florida ubicado en la parroquia San Francisco de Ibarra y se enfoca en la identificación e intervención de barrios o asentamientos humanos informales proporcionando un modelo de injerencia para este tipo de asentamientos y de esta manera mejorar la imagen urbana y calidad de vida para los habitantes de estos barrios en desarrollo. El proyecto abarca tres niveles o escalas de intervención a lo largo de un eje de centralidades y como metodología para su análisis se encontró que la más indicada es la propuesta por Oswaldo López Bernal y Adriana Patricia López en el libro Diseño Urbano Adaptativo al cambio climá tico que nos propone un modelo de análisis de la imagen urbana de territorios infor males en el que se da más importancia a la naturaleza y una posible sustentabilidad y sostenibilidad. En el siguiente trabajo de titulación se podrá observar como una intervención integral después de identificar las problemáticas del ámbito de estudio permitirá incorporar al barrio La Florida, uno de los más grandes de la urbe ibarreña y que mayor informali dad presenta, a la dinámica formal urbana generando así una planificación ordenada de carácter urbano y con visión a futuro en la que no solo el barrio intervenido se ve beneficiado sino también los barrios aledaños.
The project at the urban level covers the area of La Florida neighborhood located in the San Francisco de Ibarra parish and focuses on the identification and intervention of neighborhoods or informal human settlements, providing a model of interference for this type of settlements and in this way improving the urban image and quality of life for the people of these developing neighborhoods. The project reach three levels or scales of intervention along an axis of centralities and as a methodology for its correct analysis, it was found that the most indicated is the one proposed by Oswaldo López Bernal and Adriana Patricia López in the book Adaptative Urban Design to Climate Change ” which proposes a model of analysis of the urban image of informal territories in which more value is given to nature and possible sustainability and sustainability of the territory. In the following degree work it will be possible to observe how an integral intervention after identifying the problems of the study field will allow the La Florida neighborhood, one of the largest in Ibarra’s city and that presents way more informality, to be incorpo rated into the formal urban dynamics generating thus, an orderly urban planning with a vision for the future in which not only the intervened neighborhood benefits but also the surrounding neighborhoods.
