Abstract
El proyecto residencial universitario se plantea con el propósito de brindar una vivienda a estudiantes que no tienen una vida de calidad y con el mobiliario adecuado. Se llevará a cabo a través de espacios que brinden el confort necesario para que los alumnos puedan estudiar y tenga una mejor calidad de vida tanto en el interior de las instalaciones como en las áreas recreativas. La finalidad es integrar a las uni versidades por medio de este proyecto residencial, ya que se encuentra en un punto estratégico, de modo que se resolvería la problemática de transporte ya que se encuentra a 10 minutos de las universidades. En los últimos años en la ciudad de Ibarra, se ha presenciado una alta demanda de estudiantes, motivo el cual las viviendas del sector se han dedicado a arrendar sus habitaciones, e incluso se han hecho nuevas construcciones para dicho efecto. El estado del arte de la investigación está organizado por orden temático partiendo desde el problema global que es la calidad de vida que tienen los estudiantes actual mente donde residen en el sector de las universidades; luego se analiza cada uno de los motivos junto con sus bases teóricas y antecedentes. Los referentes analizados se dividen en dos, el primer grupo co rresponde a los internacionales, de los que se rescata la adaptación al medio construido como social; de los referentes nacionales se rescata la sustentabilidad de la edificación. La metodología a usar es mixta es decir una combinación de cuantitativa y cualitativa, siendo indispensables para medir datos exactos sobre los estudiantes universitarios y su calidad de vida y modo de habitar. Los instrumentos a utilizar son encuestas, las que serán aplicadas una por cada tipo de estudiante y una última encuesta que será dirigida a la población donde estará ubicado el proyecto residencial universitario, con el fin de medir el grado de aceptación que tendrá este equipamiento en el sector. La propuesta arquitectónica está basada en ofrecer espacios confortables contenidos dentro de una arquitectura sostenible.
The university residential project is proposed with the purpose of providing housing to students who do not have a quality life and with adequate furniture. It will be carried out through spaces that provide the necessary comfort so that students can study and have a better quality of life both inside the facilities and in the recreational areas. The purpose is to integrate the universities through this residential project, since it is located at a strategic point, so that the transport problem would be solved since it is 10 minutes from the universities. In recent years in the city of Ibarra, there has been a high demand for students, which is why the houses in the sector have been dedicated to renting their rooms, and even new con structions have been made for this purpose. Then each of the reasons is analyzed along with its theoretical bases and back ground.
