Abstract
En la actualidad el alquiler de salones para eventos sociales es una actividad que se ha mantenido en constante crecimiento, sin embargo las exigencias de los clientes ha permitido generar más plazas para crear este tipo de empresas para en cierto modo llegar a satisfacer las necesidades requeridas por los clientes al momento de realizar un evento. Actualmente, las preferencias y gustos del consumidor han hecho que esta actividad se renueve e innove nuevas formas para realizar un evento, por ello se incorpora la opción de organizar eventos temáticos, en donde la decoración, música, vestimenta de anfitriones e invitados se encuentran acordes al tema elegido, en algunos casos hasta el mobiliario corresponde al tema o época. Otra forma es un evento con mobiliario tipo lounge y un servicio conocido como catering, el cual consiste en una selección refinada de alimentos y bebidas que hacen la diferencia. La temática se justifica porque permitirá crear en base a un análisis los diferentes factores para crear un salón de eventos con los requerimientos y necesidades que la ciudadanía demanda, en el cual puedan realizar sus programas de forma cómoda y segura con un servicio de calidad que en la actualidad no existe, además será un motor de desarrollo socioeconómico para el cantón Otavalo.
At present the rental of salons for social events is an activity that has remained in constant growth, however the demands of customers has allowed to generate more places to create this type of companies to some extent to meet the needs required by the clients when making an event. Currently, the preferences and tastes of the consumer have made this activity is renewed and innovate new ways to make an event, so it incorporates the option of organizing thematic events, where decoration, music, attire of hosts and guests are in agreement to the chosen theme, in some cases even the furniture corresponds to the theme or time. Another way is an event with lounge furniture and a service known as catering, which consists of a refined selection of foods and beverages that make a difference. The theme is justified because it will create, based on an analysis, the different factors to create a meeting room with the requirements and needs that the citizens demand, in which they can carry out their programs in a comfortable and safe way with a quality service that the present does not exist, in addition it will be an engine of socioeconomic development for the canton Otavalo.
