Abstract
Through this titling work, the aim is to present the design of a process management model for the NELTEX media factory (case study), which is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of socks. The system focuses on the EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management), as an alternative for process management against the ISO standard. The need for a quality product has generated a tendency to optimize processes, where theories, techniques and tools have evolved, so that companies such as the NELTEX factory or MIPYMES with similar characteristics can use quality models, such as the EFQM. Having a process management system based on the EFQM model will allow the NELTEX media factory to identify existing problems, and at the same time maintain a self-evaluation under the REDER methodology (Results, Focus, Deployment, Evaluation and Revision). Which uses different tools, improvement plans and results analysis to optimize resources and reduce the number of problems, in other words, the system will allow the factory to reduce raw material waste, reduce production costs and increase efficiency of Human Talent It should be noted that all the characteristics established in the ISO 9001 standard coincide with the criteria and sub-criteria of the EFQM model; in addition, it allows the factory to self-evaluate itself, thus creating a cycle of continuous improvement, with results that guarantee the achievement of objectives and excellence in management.
