Abstract
La presente aplicación se desarrolló para el área de servicio al cliente de la empresa Solution Net, la cual es proveedora del servicio de acceso a internet. Con esta aplicación web buscan mejorar el rendimiento del personal de servicio al cliente, ya que con esto se pretende mejorar la calidad de atención e información que se da a los clientes sin la necesidad de recurrir a otra área de la empresa. El objetivo de este proyecto es facilitar la gestión de los datos de los clientes y permita obtener la información necesaria de una manera más rápida y segura, además con el desarrollo de la aplicación se optimizarán los recursos del área de servicio al cliente y se podrá realizar de una manera segura el ingreso de información al router principal de la empresa. Para la obtener los requisitos se realizó métodos como la entrevista y observación, mediante los cuales se pudo determinar la metodología para el desarrollo de la aplicación que fue XP (eXtreme Programming), debido a que es una metodología ágil y facilita la recopilación de los requisitos para realizar los cambios que se requiera por el cliente, para así completar sus requerimientos.
